Come enjoy the trip of a lifetime at this roomy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in sunny Gulf Shores! With a great location and recent upgrades including new floors â you're sure to enjoy your stay at Sanibel #201!
This spacious condo offers plenty of room for you and all of your travel companions to enjoy your beach trip and features a private, front and back balconies that boasts views of the lagoon and indirect views of the Gulf across the road! Located on the 2nd floor, This home's balcony is also the perfect place to relax and still be able to keep an eye on kids playing at the pool which is nearly level to the balcony.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite counter tops and a high bar that offers up space for 4 guests to dine. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. Additionally, the dining area has a 6 person table set with 4 chairs and a bench so up to 10 guests can talk and enjoy meals together! A pull-out sleeper sofa, couch, and two accent chairs provide plenty of space for lounging around watching TV after a long day at the beach. Or, discuss what adventures you'll take during the day ahead as you enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the balcony.
When it's time to retire and head to bed for the night, you'll be happy to settle in to the master suite featuring a queen bed, a twin sleeper sofa, and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom also features a queen size bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and the third bathroom has another tub/shower combo. Resting up and then getting ready in the mornings will be a breeze!
At the Sanibel complex, you'll have access to a large outdoor pool and a grilling/BBQ area. Public beach access is only a short walk away, so it won't take you long at all to get your toes in the sand!

Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! We hope you consider staying with us where you enjoy the benefits of an inclusive travel destination with the modern conveniences of home.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the office in front on the elevators on the 2nd floor and must be purchased upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, you may purchase the parking pass when they're open in the morning. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.
