Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this vacation home offers comfortable dining seating with 4 chairs at the main table and 4 barstools to seat every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the main living area and every bedroom.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Winter monthly guests are welcome. Ben's Beach Bungalow can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest.
