We stayed here for an annual girl’s trip. This was our fifth year coming to the Fingerlakes. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We all agreed it was our favorite house so far. The location is perfect. We never had to drive far. The hot tub was so nice. The hosts were very nice and responsive. They helped us right away when needed

Well stocked kitchen, great shower, good water pressure, very clean, beautiful views, good bbq and hot tub, winery and restaurant in walking distance, very comfortable beds, good spacious parking.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I loved the winery across the road. One thing I would recommend, the bushes at the end of the drive need to be cut back. It was difficult to see traffic when entering the road from the driveway. It was a lovely property and the view was very nice.

This home was perfect for our getaway — spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of Lake Seneca. Even though we didn’t use the fire pit or hot tub, the outdoor areas were lovely and added to the charm of the property. The patio setup with the grill and picnic table made it easy to enjoy time outside.Parking was a breeze, and the location right on the wine trail couldn’t be better. The house was stocked with toiletries and linens, which was a thoughtful touch. Naomi was a fantastic host, always quick to respond. And being pet‑friendly was a huge bonus — our Boston Terrier was so happy to be with the family. We'd definitely stay here again.

property was perfectly located for easy access to numerous wineries and craft breweries as well as a very nice distillery. nice view of the lake, parking felt very safe. restaurant across the street was excellent for weekend breakfast.

We spent a month at Naomi's home and enjoyed every minute of it. The home is well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal for visiting area wineries, attractions, restaurants and other lakes. Additionally, it's a short drive to Watkins Glen, where you'll find restaurants, shops and pretty much anything you'll need. We also liked being directly across from Elf in the Oaks, a local breakfast and lunch spot with quite tasty, casual food. My husband appreciated the coffee bar and my favorite part was the hot tub, which we enjoyed nightly! We also took advantage of the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. Naomi is a very gracious host and replied quickly to any questions or concerns that arose. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it if you're looking for a well situated, lovely home in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

From the well‑equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything made it easy to settle in and feel right at home.Check‑in was simple and seamless, with clear instructions and no hassle. The property’s cleanliness stood out, and the overall setup made our stay effortless.One of the highlights was the lovely view of the lake right from the house. It added a peaceful, scenic backdrop to mornings with coffee and evenings winding down after exploring the area.The location couldn’t be better — just minutes from many of the region’s best wineries, breweries, and attractions. Whether we were heading out for tastings, visiting waterfalls, or enjoying local restaurants, everything was close and convenient.Overall, this rental is an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy the Finger Lakes comfortably, conveniently, and with beautiful lake scenery. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

Great location just outside of Watkins Glen. Close to many state parks, waterfalls, and wineries. Check in was easy and the house was as described.

Friends trip

Great location between wine trail and Watkins Glen. We enjoyed hiking and kayaking locally. House was clean and pleasant with some Great Lake views from the living room. Would recommend!

60th Birthday

Weekend getaway to celebrate turning 60. The house & location were perfect. Easy communication with the owner with prompt responses. Would definitely stay here again.
