Property was beautiful and located within walking distance all of Watkins Glen attractions. Morning view if Seneca lake was a bonus every day. 3 beautiful bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen. Bonus cozy outside seating area with gas fireplace waterfront. Great place for a fall getaway.

Great location for walking to the park and restaurants with views of the lake. Beds were comfortable which is a plus if you’ve been walking/hiking all day. Instructions were thorough and easy.

Loved our stay. Great location, walkable to town and wonderful views of the lake! Just a note we saw in another review and want to make sure folks are aware, there are a lot of stairs. This was fine with us, but if you have any mobility concerns this is nice to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern, spacious, great view, comfortable beds and plenty of seating for six people. Easy walking distance to the pier, marina, and town. This property was a good base for us to explore the area. We enjoyed ourselves!

It was a “girls weekend” to enjoy the Fall weather. Ann’s place was the perfect location to walk to the marina, downtown or head out to hike or visit wineries. Ann’s place was clean, beautifully furnished and a great set up to socialize but also have some privacy. We will be back.

Overall the place was really nice. Great location, convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants. The place itself was very well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view. There was a bit of street noice coming in from the front door but quirt in the bedrooms for sleeping. It was super clean and updated. No issues with parking. Overall amazing experience.

We love Watkins Glen and this was the perfect rental for us. We had three couples for the weekend. It is awesome to have a bathroom for each couple. We loved the patio for coffee in the morning. You can walk downtown town so the location is perfect. We are already talking about our weekend for next year and we want to stay here again. Ann was very easy to get answers from and she replied quickly.

Beautiful view from the balcony! Within walking distance to several restaurants , shops and a brewery. This rental has 3 floors so a lot of stairs- very clean and comfortable space.

Great location for exploring Finger lakes area. Spacious and comfortable unit with great views! Easy walk to Watkins Glen restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect! The view of the lake was spectacular. The beds were so comfortable, plenty of space and bathrooms and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The outdoor area was a bonus. We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs and the fire pit. So many good restaurants within walking distance.

The location was outstanding. It was spacious, and set up really well. The only surprise was that it was three floors. I did not get that from the description. It was not a problem for us, but that may be a problem for others.
