Great place and location! We were able to walk into town for meals, walked to Watkins Glen State park for some hiking and walked to the trolley pick up for our wine tour. Loved sitting in the adirondack chairs by the lake! Very relaxing!

Property felt like home away from home. Stocked with many of the essentials and there's a Walmart nearby for anything else. Right on the water- amazing location. Hosts super responsive- we loved the experience!

The good and the not so good news 6/24 - 6/27

We booked a stay based on the pictures and descriptions provided. Here’s what we found:Good news - great location at the marina. Easy walking into town. Unit was clean and had lake views.The not so good news:1.) The unit is built directly on the road going into/out of town. You step out of the main living area door directly onto the sidewalk next to the road. There is absolutely no sound proofing in the walls and windows allowing in all the traffic noise. Spending time on the balcony was useless as the traffic noise disrupted any peacefulness that may have occurred while overlooking the lake. Trying to sleep in was futile as the garbage trucks and tractor trailers started going by around 5:00 am. 2.) The unit consists of four levels. The garage/entry level, the bedroom level, the kitchen/living room level and the loft level. Each level is accessed via flights of steps - like, a lot of steps! This is an issue if you have mobility problems or are older.3.) Cooling the unit is a challenge. We arrived on a completely blistering day. Trying to make the living area and bedroom loft areas comfortable at all, resulted in the bedrooms on the floor below being absolutely frigid. 4.) The kitchen was not stocked with all items you might expect. As examples, there were not a complete set of silverware beyond two, any spatulas or cutting boards.5.) The parking area for the units in that group is very tight. Could be an issue if you have a large truck or oversized SUV.

Our stay was excellent! The condo is as listed and it is in a perfect location. The host was always quick to respond to all my questions! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location

Our group of 4 was so comfortable in this large, clean property on Seneca Lake. The property manager was immediately responsive when we requested some dish washer detergent that had run out. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Watkins Glen and the surrounding wineries were a much needed vacation.

Brewers Perch Perfect!

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights at this condo, it was perfect; you can walk to town and we enjoyed the Fire and Ice festival, especially watching the fireworks from the balcony. I will say the stairs are a work out for us "classic" ladies (65) but we did manage and I suspect we could use the work out. Very clean and updated. We will be back!

New Year’s getaway

Great property for my family of 5 with 3 adult children. The place was clean and comfortable and our host was great with communication. Necessities in the kitchen were provided as was all bedding and bath-a big plus for a short stay! We enjoyed our time. Only 4 starts for location because it is on a busy road with truck noise but its location to town was great!

Beautiful Condos on Seneca Lake

This is our 3rd stay at Brewers Perch Vacation Rentals. The units are very modern, beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, have every amenity for a delightful stay, and the best part is that the balconies overlook Seneca Lake. The property managers are so responsive and helpful in recommending things to do, places to visit, and restaurants. The Wine Trail is always the highlight of our trip, and the location of the condos is perfect for visiting as many as you can in one trip. We had a beautiful fall visit to the Finger Lakes this year.

Beautiful Location!

Great location, great kitchen! Everything you need for a rental. Every room has a lake view Plenty of dishes, bowls, pans to cook Fire pit area and chairs are special! Great to sit around and drink your wine or whatever!
