Weekend Getaway

The property was fantastic! Beautiful views, close to everything we wanted to do. Everything was clean. It really felt like a home away from home.

Brewers Perch Perfect!

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights at this condo, it was perfect; you can walk to town and we enjoyed the Fire and Ice festival, especially watching the fireworks from the balcony. I will say the stairs are a work out for us "classic" ladies (65) but we did manage and I suspect we could use the work out. Very clean and updated. We will be back!

New Year’s getaway

Great property for my family of 5 with 3 adult children. The place was clean and comfortable and our host was great with communication. Necessities in the kitchen were provided as was all bedding and bath-a big plus for a short stay! We enjoyed our time. Only 4 starts for location because it is on a busy road with truck noise but its location to town was great!

Beautiful Condos on Seneca Lake

This is our 3rd stay at Brewers Perch Vacation Rentals. The units are very modern, beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, have every amenity for a delightful stay, and the best part is that the balconies overlook Seneca Lake. The property managers are so responsive and helpful in recommending things to do, places to visit, and restaurants. The Wine Trail is always the highlight of our trip, and the location of the condos is perfect for visiting as many as you can in one trip. We had a beautiful fall visit to the Finger Lakes this year.

Beautiful Location!

Great location, great kitchen! Everything you need for a rental. Every room has a lake view Plenty of dishes, bowls, pans to cook Fire pit area and chairs are special! Great to sit around and drink your wine or whatever!

Birthday weekend

Went with the family for a long weekend to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays. Only reason I gave a 3 for cleanliness was due to dirty windows, dead spider mushed on the wall of the 3rd floor balcony bedroom and looked like the comforters and bedsheets had some stains on them.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It has great views of the lake from the living room and all of the bedrooms. It is quite spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is very convenient to several restaurants and a brewery. It is walkable to Watkins Glen State Park. There was ample parking behind the building (we opted not to use the garage) and we were able to unload in front to save carrying our luggage up the stairs. We spent two days visiting the local wineries and breweries. We’d like to return to see more of the area and would book this condo again if available.

Great spot on the water but noisy

This was a great place to stay: gorgeous lake views, a wonderful patio, a great deck area just down the street, plenty of room (plenty of stairs!!!), a garage. The biggest complaint was the noise from the traffic since this is on the main truck route through Watkin’s Glen. But that is minor as long as you have earplugs!!

quick family getaway

This is a lovely property. I is clean, spacious and perfectly located. Views of lake are stunning and a walk to most of Watkins Glen including the state park. We would stay here again!

3 day get away

Second visit to Watkin’s Glen from Massachusetts. We love the area, and this place was in a perfect location to walk to all the great restaurants and bars. The Hop on Hop off Trolley was steps away, and the best way to view a few of the areas best wineries and breweries.. This rental had everything we could possibly want, and with the most comfortable beds! Truly a gem of a place!

Beautiful townhouse with awesome view of lake! And great location to walk into town (2 minutes), State Park (5-6 minutes) & access to all the lakes have to offer! Would definitely stay here again. Host was always very responsive!

Such a nice time

This is a lovely property with great views of the southern end of Seneca Lake. Awesome sunrises. Easy walking access to Watkins Glen. The hosts were wonderful, even stopped by with a lantern the night the power was out. So much appreciated. One word of caution - there are lots of steps since there are 3 levels above the entry/garage level. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Beautiful View Condo

Comfortable, clean, up to date Condo on the Water at the Marina in Watkins Glen. The condo was well stocked for our needs. The bedding and mattresses are comparable to that of a 5 star hotel. Easy walk to the center of town and restaurants as well as to the entrance of Watkins Glen State park. The owners were quick to respond to the few question we had before our arrival. Highly recommended place to stay.

Lodging for Watkins Glen International track event

These condos are ideally located at the base of Seneca Lake in easy walking distance to restaurants and Watkins Glen state park, and a 10 minute drive to Watkins Glen International raceway. The 3 bedroom town house is ideal for 3 couples, though note that one of the bedrooms is a loft overlooking the kitchen and family room. The deck overlooks the lake, and the condos have access to a fire pit, grill, and seating area by the lake. The condo was exceptionally clean, the kitchen has useful glassware, plates, and cutlery, and the 2.5 baths are perfect for 2 or 3 couples. Communication with the owner and access to the property was efficient and easy. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend and hope to be back in the future.

Seneca Lake Family trip

Great Place Near Watkins Glen International

Great place, modern, clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and well appointed decor. Close to great restaurants, the waterfront and the track. Highly recommend we will be staying here again on future trips to the Glen!
