Excellent family vacation and was able to relax!

Our family vacation was a success! The condo was fabulous and the view was priceless! It was great being close to the beach, pier, and pool. Plenty of things to keep teens busy and parents relaxed!

The Beach Colony

Overall we had a great stay at The Beach Colony Resort. They provide very basic items to get you started so make sure you take supplies or know you will need to get more. Our stay started with an AC maintenance issue that was promptly corrected. The property management was in direct contact with me from the start and continued to be until problem was resolved. This is a unit in a great location and we will be back again the next time we are in the area for another family reunion.

Everything you could wish for !!

This condo met all of our expectations and more. State of the art appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful furniture and decor, and an awesome view of the beach and ocean. I call this, " a home away from home". Well stocked kitchen, and immaculate rooms.

Nice family retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, spacious and accommodated a family of 4 easily. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes, etc. We did have to replace most of the lightbulbs in the condo when we arrived - none of the lamps in the secondary bedrooms had working bulbs, and the lamps in the living area were missing bulbs.

Better than last year

The location and views are astounding! I was disappointed when the induction cook top stopped working on the second day (Monday). The property manager delivered a two burner hot plate for use while they contacted the owner, but the hotplate only worked when plugged into an outlet near the floor by the picture window (it tripped all the GFCI outlets in the kitchen). So I spent the week sitting on the floor cooking dinners. Also, before arrival the property manager offered late checkout and then withdrew the offer. My spouse and I are elderly and a 9:00 am checkout is difficult, but the property management company didn't care. This vacation was still much better than last year's rental in the adjacent tower.

Lovely, Clean, and Amazing Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were SO extremely happy with out Navarre Beach Colony rental! The views were breathtaking and we even saw dolphins from our balcony. The space was immaculately clean and cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We had enough towels and supplies for everyone, too. The property manager was very kind and was helpful face to face and vie text. when I had questions. It was an easy walk down to the ocean or the pool. We loved the quaint comfortable feeling of Navarre beach - it was safe, quiet and not crowded at all. It was a short drive to the mainland town area for restaurants and the grocery store. I would highly recommend this rental to any family or group looking for a relaxing week by the ocean.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at our vacation rental condo. The unit was very clean, well decorated, and came equipped with most things we needed for our stay. Yes, we would recommend this property to a friend/relative.For future renters, it would be helpful to have instructions to the digital stovetop, one of the dining room chair legs is broken/needs to be reglued, and if possible, to enable both sliding doors to the balcony to open easier (they were very difficult to open and close). When we arrived, on the first day, the fridge would not cool our refrigerated items but the following day it started working for the duration of our stay. Also, please allow the door code to be active until check-out. On our departure day, we were almost locked out of our unit prior to our 10am check-out time since the code had already been changed that morning.

Best Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was absolutely the best vacation site we have been to. The location was perfect--so much to do for all ages. Everything was beautiful, clean & organized (LOVED the labeling inside the cabinets telling which dishes were microwave/dishwasher safe & the laminated instructions on how to use things like the oven/stovetop). The full-sized washer & dryer made it so easy to do laundry as we went along, instead of bringing laundry back home to do after vacation. We also loved that each unit has its own separate wifi (instead of having a general one, where everyone in the complex has the same one). I have to say, that this is the cleanest unit we have EVER stayed in. Our kids commented on how there wasn't sand in their beds or in their rooms, and the drawers, refrigerator, etc. were spotless. The views were breathtaking, and the beach was well-maintained. The unit was beautifully decorated & spacious & there was room for all of the family to sit in the comfy living room together & at the table (there was a seat for each person). The only negative was that the pool wasn't heated; but it did get a little warmer as the week progressed & outdoor temp increased. This place was amazing--the best we've visited. This was our first time in Navarre and we loved that people walked to a lot of the sites instead of driving.

This was one of the most relaxing vacation. The unit was beautiful as well as the view! I didn’t want to go anywhere except the pool and the beach. I will definitely return soon.

Relaxing week at the beach

We enjoyed the property. It was clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed. Would have loved some restaurant tips, as we found many duds before we found any good places to eat out. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Nice newly updated unit

Unit was very clean and updated. There was an issue with the refrigerator but was easily resolved. Beds were comfortable and clean. Updated appliances that were a tad complex but we eventually figured them out. Very nice and comfortable living room furniture. Would recommend.
