The communication with the host was excellent. The location was great. The view was amazing. You could walk to a convenience store for ice! Alvin island was close for shopping for other things. The king and queen mattessses were not very comfortable though.

Unit is on the 3rd floor and overlooks the beach with a nice balcony. Beach chairs, which are ordinarily rented out to beach goers, were included with the unit! Just check in with the beach chair rental host. Parking is across the street in the garage but the 2nd floor bridge over the street makes it very easy to get to your car. The property is mostly quiet. Families on vacation are the majority of the guests.

Girls trip

6 of us stayed to relax on the beach and attend a music festival. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and we were close to anywhere we wanted to be.

Family Vacation 2025

It was difficult first to find the parking lot. Thought there would be a person to tell us bec. of the barcode we paid online. Called Realjoy, the lady wasn't much help. The Condo itself smell bad from the cleaning products they used. We got used to it. Dryer door we have to taped up or it will open in the middle of being used. Location was great. Lots of restaurants and near Pier Park. Over all we had a great trip. Thank you.
