Inside, a break from the sun can be relished under central air-conditioning. Adorned with modern updates, the open-concept interior boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a quaint breakfast bar, and a comfortable living room.

Follow the home's charming nautical-themed mementos into the bedroom, lined with high-quality linens, a TV, and plenty of storage space. When additional sleeping quarters are needed, utilize the double futon in the living room. With access to a washer/dryer and the internet, your daily needs will all be met.

Within 14 miles of your stay, be sure to pay a visit to the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, the Beach Park at Isla Blanca, and the South Padre Island Golf Club.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
