Spend your days enjoying the soothing sounds of the ocean while exploring the community's private trails that lead to the sand. When you aren't searching for seashells or razor clamming on Sunset Beach, hike through old-growth forest on the Lewis & Clark National Historical Trail System, practice your swing at Gearhart Golf Links, or explore downtown Astoria and Seaside's many seafood joints, local boutiques, and antique stores.
Continue to enjoy the beauty of nature from inside your retreat where the many windows showcase views of the local fauna. Warm up in front of the gas fireplace in the living room as you stream your favorite TV shows and movies. When you aren't dining out, the full kitchen displays a pleasant space to play chef with ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances.
Equally spacious, the five bedrooms come adorned with soft quilts and private TVs. Off the primary bedroom, indulge in bubbling soaks from the comfort of the double-sized jacuzzi tub. A private washer/dryer, board games, Oregon Ducks corn hole, high speed internet access, and a gas grill round out the home's magnificent perks. Large fire pit for your enjoyment seats 8 people, use all the firewood you want during your stay.

-Absolutely no smoking or vaping in this home or on this property. There are cameras on the property. There is a ring camera at the front door, a camera at the back of the house and a camera by the garage driveway area.
-Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
-No Pets allowed at this property.
-There is parking available for up to 5 vehicles. Absolutely no parking on the road, you must only park on the property.
-This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program and the rules of Clatsop County S.TR permits. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors. The speed limit in our gated community is 25 maximum please drive slowly.
-There are 6 beach public trails for guests to go to the beach. They are located on Ocean dr. and marked with signs to the beach. Please stay on marked trails so you do not trespass on any of our neighbor’s properties. Trails are about 6 feet wide and maintain to the sand.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
