Detta Northwest stil hem har helt byggts om med vackra detaljer. Det har 4 sovrum, två med Kings, 1 sovrum med 2 drottningar. Alla sängar är nya. Den 4: e sovrummet har tre tvillingar. Biblioteket har en dagbädd som sover. Det finns 3 fulla bad, inklusive en fantastisk mästare bad. Det gourmetkök har allt du behöver för matlagning. Tvätt har ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Hemmet har en öppen planlösning med det stora rummet öppet mot köket. Vyn ser ut på poolen. Det finns en ny gasgrill ute på däck. Den stora rum har en stor vedeldad spis och en 60 "platt-TV. Poolen är uppvärmd under sommarsäsongen (juni-september) För en extra avgift kan värmas i maj, september och oktober. Poolen är stängd november till april. Utomhus bastu är öppen året runt.

This was definitely one of our nicest stays using VRBO. I have never been to a more equipped home from the sharp kitchen knives, to beach chairs and even golf clubs. We were truly amazed with the amenities with this home. The pool and sauna were as advertised and fantastic. The communication and pre check in was second to none and we felt at ease as we arrived. Great house, great stay, and I highly recommend this spot.

Oregon Coast Family Fun

Loved the pool, sauna & pickleball court. Owner provided plenty of pool towels & toys. Kitchen well-stocked w/dishes & cookware - even had a nice welcome basket. Golf courses close by as was town of Seaside. Lots of little shops & eateries. Beach from house a bit of a walk but a quick drive down. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful Property and Great Ammenities

This is the perfect vacation rental for enjoying the Northern Oregon coast. Easy access to Seaside and Astoria, Pacific Coast Trails, and lots to do on site. Everything was very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. There is a host in a separate house in case you need anything but we had everything we needed. We traveled with our adult kids and teenagers and this was great for that: plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, ample seating, stocked game room, heated pool, and pickleball. Very near some excellent beaches, food and shopping. Since we met up with kids, there was also plenty of parking space for the three vehicles. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find and put away, so very relaxing and easy. Jeff was great with communication.Highly recommend this host and property.

This home is well-appointed and spotless. The communication about how to use the appliances, where items are located, and information about the area restaurants, grocery stores, how to get to the beach were all very clear, and in addition, the light switches are labeled! They have thought of everything that made our stay easy, and all we had to do was make the memories! Because it is not on the ocean-with ocean views, we also were so pleased to be able to drive to the beach in just 5 minutes, and as a bonus, cars are allowed to drive on to the beach, making it easy to bring chairs, etc. We are already booking for next year.

Book club getaway weekend

We all loved the house, especially the great room space and the sauna. The house is perfect for a large group. We'd be happy to come back and make better use of the pool and pickle ball court. Our weekend was quite rainy but we were happy to play games and hang out in the house together

Duffer Golf Trip

This was a great place to stay for an “Old Friends” golf trip. It was close to Gearhart Golf Course, and it had a lot of room for eight old guys. It had everything we needed along with many activities to use at the place. Our host was very communicative at all times and even arranged shipping of a forgotten item. Would highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This unique home: a pool and pickle ball court and close the beach is ideal for a multi-generational family vacation. Three large bedrooms and baths, a game room, a kids bedroom, and large living room gives you the space to host a large family.

Cozy, rainy weekend getaway

On a cool, rainy weekend, this house was a perfect, cozy spot for our friends to gather. We took advantage of the big fireplace, the sauna (!) and even the pool (which we had heated, and it was worth it). When skies cleared for a few hours, we even got in a few hours of pickleball. The house was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. Communication from our hosts was excellent. And we all took walks to the beach (about 15 minutes), where we just about had the whole waterfront to ourselves. A great weekend.

Very nice property close to town and beach. Weather wasn’t on our side so we’re not able to enjoy the outdoor space as much but look forward to coming back in the summer time.

Great Stay on the Coast

We had a great stay on the coast. The house was very much as-advertised. Very clean and well stocked. The location is great - very quiet but close to Seaside for groceries/etc and a short drive to Astoria. The pool and sauna were a big hit too

A large wonderfully equipped house

My husband and I stayed with our 2 children, their spouses and the 3 grandsons. We all took walks enjoyed the sauna and even some the plunge into the pool and cooked wonderful meals. We rewatched the Goonies and loved it as much as ever. We also enjoyed Astoria - the maritime museum and the community pool and the column. Discovered a whole new genre - the tiki bar culture. The beds were very comfortable. All the info about the place was helpful- down to the hints on operation of the burners on the stove. All in all it was an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Wonderful Cozy Coast Home

Our group of two families and one grandma had a fantastic time here. The house was so comfortable. Communication with the owner and Janet were exceptional. The pool was amazing for wearing out the kids. The sauna was rejuvenating. Close to Seaside and Florence. Would love to come back. Thanks for having us. It was perfect!

My wife and I live in Seattle and have owned a vacation home in Gearhart since 2004. We enjoy the peaceful slowed down pace of the OR Coast. With our children older and scattered across the US we have decided to rent this home when we are not using in. We travel often and have used VRBO to find our Vacation lodging. We are confident you will be impressed with this home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this property because it was in a quiet area on 2 plus acres and we had the potential to rent it when we were not using it. Our first home in Gearhart was in a beautiful Ocean front association, but the rules did not allow short term rentals. With us only using the home 3 or 4 times a year we decided to sell it and relocate. We stayed in Gearhart within 1/2 mile of our first home. This home was built in 1975 by the original owner. At the time it was considered one of the fine Estates in the area. It had a Pool, Sauna, as well as a modern style large home. It is located on a large private piece of land, but has easy access to the main highway. Gearhart is between Astoria and Seaside and between the 3 small towns you can enjoy a number of different sightseeing, shopping, and eating experiences.
