The property owners were so nice and available. We will definately be back. I was amazed at the price for the many accomodations offered. The location was very conveniet to Tarpon Springs!

Cute and simple

Clean, simple, perfect for a quick overnight stay. Location is close to lots of food choices and walmart. Checking in was easy. Would suggest better pillows but other than that, super happy especially for the price!

This was a great place to stay while I visited my dad in Holiday. I was traveling alone and felt safe. The rental was very clean and the hosts were responsive to my inquiries.

Great communication with host!

Property was clean. Bed was a bit low to the ground for us elders to get out of but we managed. Sofa is a bit okd and broken down. Overall the place was clean, host was easy to get hold of. Parking was off street so thats a plus!

We had a nice stay here for a couple nights. The unit was clean and made great use of space. Not too far from Clearwater beach.

Great location failed execution

Property was a great location for my fishing trip and that’s the positive I can say. I got in late due to drive arriving around 10pm. The room is a converted garage which would have been fine. The only means to cool was a window unit which was set at 80. I of course adjusted it but ended up having to sleep on the couch in front of it because the bedroom was too far away and would have never cooled off. The window the unit sat in had two panes of glass missing so it was wide open to the outside minus the screen. They had no wash cloths provided so I had to wash with a hand towel. Overall I would suggest checking your supplies, fixing the window and lowering the temperature since it is a window unit and takes forever to cool, outside of that the property was clean and directions to get inside were sufficient.

Reoccurring plumbing issues

Staying here was a bit of an headache. Within the bathroom, between the toilet and shower, they kept overflowing even causing the floor to be covered in water at one point. It would also leave this nasty smell during the night. Also, the first night there was a lot of hair on the sheets... we asked for new ones and received them but still. Other than that, staying here was ok.

Comfort, cleanliness, convenience and communication were all A+ level!!! Not to mention you can’t even book a hotel for that price range. All around a pleasurable stay. Hoping they are available next trip down, I will definitely be a return customer😊😊

This is not a cottage, it’s a poorly done garage renovation. The door is not secure, there are no windows, my husband and I had severe allergies to the point of developing lung issues and having to leave early. There is no kitchen, it’s literally a hot plate and a fridge. Couch was stained and gross. Tiny bugs all over in the kitchen. Kids screaming in the actual house, inadequate parking with a trailer filled with construction crap right next to your car. Neighborhood was less than appealing. This place should be $20 a night or less, idk who left the earlier reviews but I strongly disagree.
