The Gondola Viewhaus is the perfect place to call home while exploring everything that Steamboat Springs has to offer! This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a private patio that offers partial gondola views, 2 hot tubs, and a seasonal pool!

The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo, make yourself at home! With gondola views from almost every window, adventure is calling you.

Sleeping Configuration: This space sleeps 5 total.
-Bedroom 1: King-Size Bed
-Bedroom 2: Queen-Size Bed
-Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa

Our kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and all of the essentials for cooking! A 5 cup drip-style coffee maker is available for use.

There is a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest and detergent is provided.

Heating is provided through base board heater. This rental does not have air conditioning, however we do have fans to bring in the cold mountain air to cool down the place in the summer months.

Enjoy our gas fireplace and cozy-up for a movie after a long day of adventure, as cable is provided for your stay.

There are two year-around hot tubs that are available for your use. The pool is open from memorial day weekend through the later summer months, however is not available during ski season. There are also grills, picnic tables, and a fire-pit for to enjoy at the community, however we do not provide you with the grilling equipment. There is also a playground for children at this community.

Parking: Free parking for two vehicles is available.

Transportation: With the free city bus stop located near the entrance of the community, you have access to endless adventures right at your doorstep at no cost. The bus stop for Shadow Run is stop number 116.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo, please make yourself at home!

Getting Around:
Transportation: With the free city bus stop (#116) located near the entrance of the community, you have access to endless adventures right at your doorstep at no cost. Use the green or orange line to get to downtown Steamboat or Gondola Square.

Other Things to Note:
The Gondola Viewhaus is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator.

There is no air conditioning at this listing.

In the event that the HOA requires repairs for any amenities or fireplace, we are unable to guarantee the use of these items during your stay. We do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests. If these are very important to you for your stay, kindly reach out to our team to ensure they are going to be open during your visit.
