The Space:
Master Bedroom - King Bed, Ensuite Bath, Laundry Room
Second Bedroom - Queen Bed
Third Bedroom - One Full and One Single

The 3BR 2BA also includes a queen-size sofa sleeper with linens provided. We have a pack and play and highchair in the property for families traveling with children. Further, your beach necessities are included (towels, blankets, beach toys)

Guest Access:
Guest will have the whole house to themselves.

Other Things to Note:
- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose on the left side of the house (if you are looking at the house).

- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.
Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided.

-There is a pack n play and highchair available for use during your stay.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.

We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.
