This is a great vacation rental. The place came with towels, utensils in the kitchen, and soap provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. The balcony with an ocean view was amazing. We loved the pool, especially that this place had a kiddie pool. The location is great and just a short walk to the beach with access on the property.

Great accommodations! Really nice that there was enough seating in the living room for six people. There were also two brand new sets of bistro patio sets when we arrived. Best seating in any unit we have ever used. Only recommendations would be new flooring in the main master room/bath and swap out the old cast iron tubs for walk-in showers. That would make it easier for disabled bathing. Everything else was great!

Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is just like our home. We have stayed in this unit for 3 years. It has recently been painted and had a refresh with decor. It is perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on the 3rd floor is the right combination! The view from the balcony is incredible. The location of this property is next to some private homes which meant the beach wasn’t crowded. Any questions that I had prior to our trip were answered promptly through Gibson Beach Rentals. Perfect vacation!
