About this space
Relax, unwind & enjoy this breathtaking 4,300+ sq ft newly renovated home with private pool, partial lake views & direct lake access just three miles from downtown Skaneateles restaurants, bars & shops. The perfect oasis for a family getaway or a reunion with some of your closest friends.
The space
Main Level: The main level features a mudroom, laundry room, half bathroom, full bathroom, and bedroom which leads you to stunning vaulted ceilings as you enter the open concept living room, dining room and Chef's kitchen. There are two different sliding glass doors that both open to a wrap around composite deck furnished with an outdoor dining table, outdoor sectional and Weber grill which overlooks the pool, backyard, views of mature pines and Skaneateles Lake.
Second Level: On the second level, you will find a loft furnished with a couch that converts to a bed and a large master suite with a private outdoor balcony.
Lower Level: The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a lounge, and office space with a sliding glass door that walks out to a new inground pool and spacious backyard with firepit.
Guest access
This home is located on Fire Lane 7 off of West Lake Road. Guests have access to the three car garage with driveway which provides ample parking space for several vehicles. In addition to having access to the entire home, private pool and backyard, guests will also be able to enjoy 60 feet of shared lake frontage where you will be able to kayak, fish off of the dock, swim or relax by the lake.
Other things to note
When using the shared lake frontage, please be aware that you may not be the only people in that area. This area is shared with one other family.
