It is a small cozy apt with everything you need for a pleasant stay I like that our guests are comfortable and feel in a clean and pleasant place ( Non Smoking)
Located in the Marietta area, you can drive to the historic Marietta town area. a few minutes from Kennestone hospital and you can also visit kennesaw mountain and see the cannons of the battle with its beautiful view.

I have stayed here previously and was very happy with everything, so happy I stayed again. Everything was as advertised great place. I would reccomme and stay again myself.

A Great Place to Stay

Was there for a baseball tournament with my grandson. This location was the perfect place to crash and relax while he was not on the field. We shared home cooked food and many memories. Just want anyone to know that the clicking sound you hear when entering the bathroom is only something pertaining to the shower head. We had a good laugh when we finally found out what was causing the noise.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for baseball tournament. It was perfect for my son and I. Very nice, clean and great neighborhood.

Big hill to climb

The owners live up stairs and you hear them walking around. Told quiet time after 10pm, but heard kids running at 10:30. Have to park on the street(in the road) and walk down a steep hill(driveway) to get to the apartment. Only 2 bath towels for 2 people over 4 days. Wrote and called manager for more, but didn’t hear for more than a day, she said they were out of town, so we didn’t get towels. Had to request check-in procedure the day we arrived. Requested check-out procedures but was told VRBO does that. VRBO is useless, heard nothing from them even after complaining about the place not being private. Would not recommend!

Perfect location

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was centrally located to various things I needed access to including going to an Atlanta Braves game without getting on the highway. The stay was quiet and I enjoyed watching the birds in the morning from the porch.

Awesome Stay

My wife and I were lucky enough to be in this unit for 3 weeks. It was a fantastic experience for us. It was a very cozy one bedroom home. It was meticulously decorated and had everything anyone need. The 1 bedroom unit had everything you need. It had 1 full bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom. The living was equipped with a large TVThe kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The front porch 2 relaxing chairs to enjoy coffee. Additionally it has a fully functional washer dryer. The surrounding areas have several country restaurants including a Walmart. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting the area. Francy had been a great host. She kept in constant touch with me until we got in and actually came on site to ensure we were ok. Great job Francy!!!! Appreciated your hospitality.

Great for the most part

We weren’t disturbed but the apartment is under the owners home so you can hear every step. There’s a rule of no noise after 10pm which seems excessive especially for adults that paid to have a nice getaway. You can’t even pull into the driveway which really steep and I have a sprained ankle so that was painful to make that trip up and down to the car to leave. There was a blonde hairball on the tub drain, I have black hair and my mate is bald. There’s plenty of dishes to cook with. There should be a setting to keep the temperature at 74 it gets cold in there and we look at the thermostat and it’s set back to 71. It’s very bright the unit could use some curtains in the living room on the pull out sofa bed which is where we ended sleeping majority of the 4 nights because the bed in the room is so hard and uncomfortable. The amount of lights that come in when you approach at night is kind of excessive especially when it’s really late.

Perfect kick-off for our family vacation

Our stay at Frency’s and Arturo’s apartment at their house was the perfect start for our family vacation this summer. Very friendly, helpful and good located. Atlanta downtown is just about 35 minutes drive away and even a trip to Helen is good reachable. We didn’t miss anything in the apartment. The design is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you and maybe see you soon.

WONDERFUL!

I was pleased in EVERY way with my stay! The apartment is lovely--clean, nicely decorated, with all I needed for comfort. It's in a quiet neighborhood where I felt completely at ease. The hosts gave me all the privacy I desired. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful space. Five stars all around!!!

Quaint apartment

This place had all that we were looking for. Easy to find, very clean and neat and quiet. Nice sized rooms too. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any couples or small families. Only drawback was the hill on the driveway but we parked on the street.

Georgia getaway

This mini apartment was in a very nice neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed the amenities that made us feel like we were at home. We were able to cook and do laundry during our stay. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Super Cute Property

This property was amazing! It is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a private entrance to the rental. Cute sitting area outside. Inside had everything you will need during your stay. Full kitchen with dishes and pans. The host was just so sweet!! I have already rebooked this for my next business trip to Georgia.

My stay

My stay was fine. The house is a finished basement not a full home which is not listed & the owners live above. No issues besides they asked a few time could i keep fans on so the cooking of breakfast smell would go up to their home. That was a little upsetting considering the fact I had to cook to eat so I wasn’t sure how to keep the smell from lingering. Also, I was charged extra for cleaning of the microwave after already paying a cleaning fee at booking. The microwave has a plate that I could not remove so there was no way to fully clean it myself anyway. Other than that the little finished basement was cute and cozy.
