The space
This chic house is the perfect get-a-away for those looking for a change of scenery. Experience the peace of Sarasota, Florida from this family-friendly home, where modern conveniences meet rustic comforts - perfect for any lover of relaxing, fishing, fruit picking, and beach/pool!
THE PROPERTY: The property has 3 bedrooms /breakdown below/ and a fully modernized kitchen has appliances and all that you need to prepare meals (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, rice cooker and more).
LOCATION : The house is located in Sarasota, easy access to Siesta Key Beach (Hours: 6 a.m.-10 p.m.) and Bradenton Beach (Hours: 6 a.m.-12 a.m.). The house is approximately 10 minutes from the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.
ENTRY/EXIT & SECURITY : We have a coded keypad for easy access check-in, check-out. There is an outdoor security camera that provides a view of just the driveway and front door. A family member lives nearby and will be available in case of any issues or questions.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious backyard with lanai, furnished deck, grill /please bring your own gas bottle/, fire pit.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, dishware & utensils, gas stove, dishwasher, Keurig cup pod maker, drip coffee maker, toaster/air fryer, water boiler, and rice cooker.
INDOOR LIVING: modern décor, flat-screen TV, spacious comfy sofa, plenty of natural light, with all bedrooms, full baths on one floor.
GENERAL: Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, key-less entry
PARKING: Driveway in front of property can fit up to 3 cars maximum.
PET FEE - $100/per stay
Early check in & Late check out /based on availability/ - $25/per hour
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS :
Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen size bed - sleep 2
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen size bed - sleep 2
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen size bed, 1 Double Full Bunk Bed- sleep 6

My listing will charge $50 per person PER NIGHT after the first 8 guests of this reservation.
Well-Trained pets are welcome at $100/pet fee.
Policies:
- Please purchase the necessary trip insurance, in case of any unforeseen events that might result in a refund request. Refunds might be issued on case to case basis, only as a credit towards a future stay. We reserve the right to re-bill if a booking website or bank/credit card institution decide to refund any or all parts of the stay.
- Trash must be removed by guests upon check-out of the property and placed in the designated trash area.
- Exterior Camera has been installed for security and verification. There are NO cameras inside the home.
- No smoking
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Damage fees and penalties for missing items may be applied towards your security deposit.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
