• The living space offers an oversized wraparound trundle sofa (extra sleeping space), oversized chair, television and DVD player.
• The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils, mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and range top. There is no oven.
• The dining area seats 4 guests in booth style seating, at a south facing window.
• A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub and shower.
• The studio condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Separated by a sliding glass door and peekaboo window that can be shuttered, is a full size bed and twin bed, also on the sunny south side with valley peak views. For additional guests, the oversized wraparound couch features trundle sleeping!

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.
