Beautiful as described. Direct access to beach and heated pool. Winn Dixie, places to eat and shop close by. We liked the idea of first floor being just a few steps from the pool and 30 second walk to beach. Tote full of toys and beach chairs for personal use. Kitchen is fully stocked, from strainers to griddle pans, soup pots, all utensils. Great A/C.Chuck was quick and easy to communicate initially. He offered us an extra night to stay since it was going to be empty! However, we ended up leaving a night early. The hot water ran out a lot, even with us speeding through showers and not all 5 of us showering every night. We were told it would correct itself due to being empty for a bit but it never did. Cleaning fee is 395.. this price comes with high expectations for a place this small and there was a bit left to be desired. Washing machine silicone ring had moldy gunk and stinks. Dishes had to be washed before using due to film/dust. Fans were pretty dusty. Black hair in condo that we had to sweep night 1. Biggest challenge for us was people above woke us and our 2 yr old 3 out of the 6 nights. Mr Chuck said go knock and give friendly reminder.. and that his wife sent HOA a message. These things did not help. Mr. Chuck never followed up later after his responses to our day 1 concerns and no response after we checked out.
