Vår lägenhet ligger vid "Crystal Sands Condo Complex" i hjärtat av Crystal Beach, Destin, FL 😎🌴

Det stora sovrummet har en skräddarsydd king size-säng med en dubbel våningssäng över toppen av kungen ... det här rummet rymmer upp till 4 (sover 4)
Njut av ditt eget privata badrum, HELT NYTT, med kustutnämningar och en en-av-en-levande trädkiva för en fåfänga topp med en vacker skål diskbänk.
Gott om lagringsutrymme, krokar och cubby's för dina personliga föremål.

Korridoren har 3 dubbel-över-tvilling-över-tvilling-kojer (sover 3) och en lång korridor som visar fönster för porthål som påminner om ett fartyg.

Hallen leder dig också till det andra badrummet och tvättstugan. Även här är en vacker platta med fåfänga med fartygs topp, all ny dusch och gott om förvaring för dina personliga föremål.

Vårt kustkök är spektakulärt och har allt det nödvändiga för att förbereda ett mellanmål, middag eller din favoritcocktail. Det finns gott om barstolar runt bänkskivan i granit och ytterligare sittplatser runt ett-av-en-barn-cykel-matbord med en annan live-edge epoxied bordsskiva som är skräddarsydd för oss ... det är riktigt coolt!

Samlingen / vardagsrummet är mycket kustnära / modernt med en bäddsoffa i läder (2 bäddar) med 2 läder accentstolar och ett skräddarsytt återvunnet trä soffbord. Rummet har fartygsväggar och tak, fiberoptisk accentbelysning, en enorm takfläkt, en speglad vägg som återspeglar stranden och Mexikanska golfen, en 60-tums väggmonterad tv ... men bäst av allt, skjutdörrar till vår MAGNIFICENT STRAND och smaragdblå vatten som gör DESTIN till en fantastisk semestermål!
4 strandstolar finns för din 50-stegs promenad till stranden och ett uteplats med uteplats med sittplatser ger dig de bästa platserna på stranden för människor som tittar på.

Great place

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the ease of being able to walk right out to the beach without elevators and lots of stairs. Our girls loved the room decorations and the bunks. The pool was right out of the front door so we didn’t waste any time being able to get to the beach or pool. A September stay was very laid back and not as many people so we had the pool to ourselves several times. I wish the master bed had a softer mattress but my husband thought it was fine. Overall we are could definitely recommend and go back.

Relaxing

I enjoyed being on the main floor for once with great access to the beach. This is a central location that was easy to get to many things around. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

We loved our stay! Being on the 1st floor was super convenient with kids and the view from the condo was beautiful. We also loved how beach themed the decor was.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Very modern and comfortable. The first level is great, you can walk right out onto the beach. Quiet, chill place to relax. Located in a great neighborhood. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, Chuck, the owner, was very helpful. He even provided restaurant recommendations. The condo has 2 bathrooms which made it easier to have our own space. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a chill beach vacation.

Steps to beach/ amazing view

This place has a patio view of the beach that is incredible. We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Sands condo. Will use this condo again. I would recommend this place to anyone who lies the beach.

Excellent family vacation spot - beautiful view!!!!

Excellent spot right off the beach that was perfect for our large family with a beautiful view. So nice to be able to walk right to the beach from the back patio. The 2 bathrooms helped tremendously with a large group. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Destin with your family!!!

Great vacation

This property was a great choice! Location can't be beat. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Communication with Chuck was great. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it.

Very nice place to stay!

Oceanfront condo with close access to everything, including outlet shopping! 😊 The only thing that was missing was an iron and ironing board, but maybe most people don’t iron while on vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Great, clean and close to the ocean!!

Wonderful. Wish we could have stayed the whole week. The only complaint would be you could not turn the air conditioner lower than 70 and the beach chair rental was not included like most other units. The chair rental was $50 daily.

Perfect for a family of beach lovers

Our family absolutely loved our stay in this condo. With 3 active children, ease of checkin, separate sleeping spaces, and location near the ocean are all important for our spring break vacations. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom. Having our morning coffee on the patio watching the waves roll on while they slept had to be one of our favorite things! We even watched many dolphins right from the patio. The beach is private and very clean. Their are many ocean and pool toys available in the storage area on the patio. The boogie boards were a hit! Chuck helped us out with great restaurant recommendations and sent help right away for a very minor issue. We could call or text him with our questions too. The location is perfect and close to many restaurants. You simply can’t go wrong with choosing this condo! We hope to go back again!

Beautiful views.....what could have been!!

Beach Nutts---incredible views and beach!!! It was just unfortunate the access to the beach was compromised during our stay. This is a well maintained older building. Plenty of parking. There is a small pool in front of the building that is facing the main road, but it has a nice privacy fence. The pool is heated and our son enjoyed it. Not flashy at all, but the reason we chose this property was the incredible beach views and access!!! The condo itself is very nicely done, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its design and construction. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, and our son really loved the loft sleeping area above the master bed. The condo was very clean. A few dirty coffee cups and unwashed cutlery, but that's a reflection on the previous renters and not the cleaning company. Nothing a quick wash didn't solve. Everything you need for a relaxing week is provided. The LED lighting was a nice touch....made it easy to spot the condo when out on the beach at night looking for crabs!!! The stairs/walkway to the beach is literally steps away from the patio. It is noted that beach chairs are included. We mistakenly thought that meant the chairs and umbrella set up on the beach by the vendor as that has always been the case when renting other condos over the many years we have visited this area. We were visiting with several other families when the vendor advised we had to pay $50 per day. All other families advised their beach setup was included. Caveat Emptor!!! For the convenience factor we elected to pay the money. I did text Chuck to confirm the vendor setup wasn't included, and he immediately responded back. We appreciated that. Only one issue compromised the week, and it was a doozy. On Tuesday, workers tore out the entire stairs/walkway to the beach!!!! I texted Chuck and he apologized and appeared mortified as he said they were not aware that construction was to take place this week. The workaround was to walk out the front to the street, over to the public access, and then back to the beach. When we left on Saturday, the construction was about halfway completed. We would not have rented in this building had we known the access would have been taken out, and that was a sentiment shared by everyone else we talked to. We made the decision to make the best of it and I told Chuck it is what is is and appreciated his response. Frustrating, but we made plenty of great memories!!!!!!!
