Fantastic Time

Everything was just as it was listed. Owner was great to work with and was more than cordial. The only thing renters need to be aware of is you can not use personal umbrellas or pop ups as the beach area is private. Thus you must rent from the beach rental company. And of course it is pricey. If you choose to use your personal beach umbrellas you will be required to go to the public beach area.

Awesome stay

We loved our stay! Being on the 1st floor was super convenient with kids and the view from the condo was beautiful. We also loved how beach themed the decor was.

Steps to beach/ amazing view

This place has a patio view of the beach that is incredible. We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Sands condo. Will use this condo again. I would recommend this place to anyone who lies the beach.

Relaxing

I enjoyed being on the main floor for once with great access to the beach. This is a central location that was easy to get to many things around. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Excellent family vacation spot - beautiful view!!!!

Excellent spot right off the beach that was perfect for our large family with a beautiful view. So nice to be able to walk right to the beach from the back patio. The 2 bathrooms helped tremendously with a large group. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Destin with your family!!!

Fantastic unit on the beach!

My husband and I loved this place! We rented it for 30 days. The view of the gulf is amazing and only steps away to the white sand beach. We really liked how close we were to a variety of shopping, bars and restaurants. Chuck was a great host!! I would highly recommend this unit!

Great place

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the ease of being able to walk right out to the beach without elevators and lots of stairs. Our girls loved the room decorations and the bunks. The pool was right out of the front door so we didn’t waste any time being able to get to the beach or pool. A September stay was very laid back and not as many people so we had the pool to ourselves several times. I wish the master bed had a softer mattress but my husband thought it was fine. Overall we are could definitely recommend and go back.

Destin Family Vacation!!

Loved the property, the location and the weather in Destin! We had so much fun we cried when we left. The pull out couch was not comfortable and we ended up buying a inflatable mattress to use for the week. Owners were really helpful with recommendations for dining and what to bring with us! Thank you so much!

This condo is beautiful!! Newly remodeled and very clean. It’s on bottom level and walks right out to beach . Front door walks right out to pool. Doesn’t get any better than this. Will come again!!

Great, clean and close to the ocean!!

Wonderful. Wish we could have stayed the whole week. The only complaint would be you could not turn the air conditioner lower than 70 and the beach chair rental was not included like most other units. The chair rental was $50 daily.

Perfect Getaway

This condo is better than advertised! It’s convenient first floor location make it possible to avoid crowded elevators making checking in and out very easy. The view is spectacular! It’s mere steps to the beach. The owners were great to work with on checking in. We had zero problems. We’ll be back!

Relaxing getaway

The condo was exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Very modern and comfortable. The first level is great, you can walk right out onto the beach. Quiet, chill place to relax. Located in a great neighborhood. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, Chuck, the owner, was very helpful. He even provided restaurant recommendations. The condo has 2 bathrooms which made it easier to have our own space. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a chill beach vacation.

Nice place!

All was good except for the sliding door to the patio. It would stick when opening or closing and you would have to lift it to get it to move. Very difficult. Also the condo above had two dogs barking and running. Hard enough to shake the ceiling fan. Can’t control other tenants. They apologized. But we couldn’t sit on patio due to aggressive barking at us. We left a day early due to the issues.

Perfect for a family of beach lovers

Our family absolutely loved our stay in this condo. With 3 active children, ease of checkin, separate sleeping spaces, and location near the ocean are all important for our spring break vacations. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom. Having our morning coffee on the patio watching the waves roll on while they slept had to be one of our favorite things! We even watched many dolphins right from the patio. The beach is private and very clean. Their are many ocean and pool toys available in the storage area on the patio. The boogie boards were a hit! Chuck helped us out with great restaurant recommendations and sent help right away for a very minor issue. We could call or text him with our questions too. The location is perfect and close to many restaurants. You simply can’t go wrong with choosing this condo! We hope to go back again!
