This is the coolest place in town to sit on deck and watch it all! First Floor Unit with steps to your private deck as well as an elevator. Two lighthouse view from deck (Bald Head Island and Caswell Beach). Steps away from Southport Marina boat ramp and docks. Everything is included - linens- towels- paper products. All you have to do is walk in and relax! No hidden or cleaning fees it's all included in the price.

Unit #3 features a king size bed, bathroom with step in tile shower, living area with 55" smart TV, and kitchenette with small refrigerator, sink, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. A private deck with a great view of the water and the activity at the Southport Marina.

Unit is located in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Stroll along the yacht basin to see the shrimp boats and have a cocktail or dinner at Fishy Fishy Cafe or Provision Company. Walk downtown and enjoy the shops, or visit the city pier and do some fishing. The salt MarshWalk is located directly across from the condo with a gazebo over the water for great views.

Two 2022 Beach Cruisers included with your rental. You can ride around town, walk or just just sit back and relax. Local Owner/Operator. Every Comforter and all linens are washed between every rental - No Exceptions! Elevator in complex if needed.

Weekend Getaway

Great Getaway

The property was just as advertised. Very clean and great communication with the owner. We enjoyed our visit to Southport. This property is walking distance to several popular restaurants and there are even two nice little docks to walk over the marsh right on the street adjacent to the property. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Property!

We loved everything about this property! It was spacious, well-lit, and adorable. We were within walking distance to cafes and popular restaurants and we didn’t have to move our car the entire time we were there. We walked to breakfast/dinner every day and it never took us more than 10 minutes! The host was very responsive and made check-in/check-out super easy! We will definitely be back!

Well equipped and very clean condo located in the heart of Southport. Short walks to shopping and restaurants. Great view of the marina and water. Condo was well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The owner is super responsive. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Southport.

Perfect getaway!

We had just dropped our oldest at UNCW for his freshman year, so this was the perfect place to take a breather before heading home. The location was perfect, and the studio was exactly what we needed. Loved the addition of the bikes. We could bike and walk to town and great restaurants.

Beautiful condo, perfect stay!

We have stayed at two other condos in this same building for several years in the past. This was a short get away so a 1 bedroom or studio was perfect. Condo is super clean, beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Captain Tim is super nice and very helpful...Great communicator and very friendly. Cannot say enough great things about our 2 night stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Captain Tim!!!

Lovely condo walking/biking distance to waterfront restaurants, shops and bars. Very clean and well equipped. Communication with Tommy was fantastic. The bathroom could use more towel racks.

Cleaning crew?

NEVER AGAIN!!! We arrived at unit #3, went in, everything looked and smelled clean. Started to unpack but nowhere to put clothes. Then realized only a couple of towels for each of us and two quarter size pieces of soap for 6 days and 5 nights with only one hook in the whole unit to hang wet towels. So called owner to see if we could get a couple more towels and more soap. He said no problem he will have that taken care of. 5 minuets later the cleaning lady called my phone to tell me that was all they ever leave in a unit. I said for 5 nights we would like a couple more towels and soap. She got very angry so we just hung up and called the owner back. He said he would take care of it. He came by, walked in, dropped a hand full of towels and soap on the floor and said here you go. What a way to start a vacation. One day later my wife was out on the balcony and 4 people from the cleaning crew conveniently show up and start an argument over the stupid towels. Saying things like, do you have a staring problem, you think you're something don't you, what you got a problem with all my tattoos. This would have been funny if we were talking to a five year old, but these were grown adults. It almost turned into a brawl in the parking lot. What a vacation! So we once again called the owner and told him we wanted out. This time he was extremely nice and apologetic. He gave us a full refund and again apologized. So we packed up and ended our vacation 4 days early. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Loved our stay.

This little place was so cute and comfortable. (The bed was super comfortable.) Close to town. We would definitely stay here again. We ate at many different places but our favorite was Loco Jo's bar and grill. The owner Nikki was so friendly and was a drink maker master. The food was fresh and very good. We went there 3 times and it was 5 stars each time.
