Perfectly situated in the heart of old Seagrove Beach on 30A, ‘High Tide 30a’ is your dream beach getaway! Located in the stunning Cassine Station, a contemporary building that has won architectural awards for its unique design, you are just steps from the sugar white beaches of South Walton and all the area’s top shopping and entertainment.

With 2 large bedrooms and a bunk room, this spacious penthouse comfortably sleeps 8 people. As you enter ‘High Tide 30a’ you are greeted by an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio all in one large and connected space. You will fall in love with the oversized covered patio with Gulf views! It is the perfect place to sit back and relax while listening to the waves roll in.

Back inside, the Master bedroom lives up to its name, with its extra large size, direct access to the patio and master bathroom with a huge jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom is extremely spacious as well and both rooms feature nice flat screen TVs. The bunk room gives the kids plenty of space and privacy as well as easy access to the second bathroom. Down the hall you will find a washroom with a full sized washer and dryer to make your stay even more convenient.

About Cassine Station:
Located on 30a, across the street from the Seagrove Beach access, this award winning property is located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach. It offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, picnic areas, basketball hoop and a sunset lookout deck. Cassine Station is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants such as Cafe 30A, Angelina’s Pizzeria, The Perfect Pig and Mi Casita. Just a short bike ride to Seaside, the Big Chill, and all that Scenic 30A has to offer.

Parking available only to owners and guests. Elevator on the SE side of the building, just off the parking lot. There is an emergency care, bank, an ice cream shop, and small store (including alcohol options) on the ground floor.

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by notifying 30 North Properties, in writing, at least (30) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”). In such instances, 100% of your advance payment will be refunded. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including: late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. We cannot be responsible for weather related, and or personal emergency issues affecting travel, including COVID-19.

Amazing place to stay on 30A!

We loved our stay at this condo and highly recommend it to anyone considering going. It’s a short walk to the beach, so close to many amazing restaurants and the hosts were also great to deal with! 10/10 recommend!

Fall Break 30A

We enjoyed this stay. Has a nice layout and space. It included beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards which was very nice. Restaurants nearby are very good. The building is somewhat rundown and breezeways are dirty. The spa in our unit put out copious amounts of black stuff when turned on. We had to jiggle the toilets often to keep both from just running. The beach access is convenient. The amount of public beach space available is not sufficient and makes for very crowded beach with closed off private spaces to both sides where there is no one.

A great friend of mine, Kevin, and I purchased the condo in 2022 to be able to share with our families. My wife and I are originally from Chicago, but decided to escape the Midwest weather, and moved down to 30a in 2014. We lived on the West end of 30a for nearly 7yrs, and loved everything about it. In 2020, we moved up to N GA with our two small girls. We love being close to the mtns, but close enough to visit 30a regularly. Kevin and his family did the same in 2022.

We truly love being able to help provide renters with the ability to enjoy 30a, the way that our families have. 30a is an extremely unique place, and we leverage our knowledge of the area to provide 5 star experiences to the best of our ability.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Cassine Station couldn't be more centrally located on 30a. It's just far enough away that the traffic is minimal, but close enough to ride or drive to everything within a few min. Being able to walk across the street to the beach, and then back to watch the sunsets with some wine from the top floor lookout, is magical.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The condo is unnecessarily large. It's perfect for multiple families with kids. 30a can be difficult to navigate, depending on location. Cassine is the perfect blend of convenience, and availability. There's nothing worse than being frustrated with traffic and commute times. Our condo is perfectly positioned to alleviate those issues.
