Built in 2015, this property comfortably sleeps six and offers top-notch, modern accommodations with vibrant coastal décor. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two Twin XL bunk beds. Each bedroom and the living area is equipped with flat-screen TVs. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, granite countertops, and a coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals. The space is enhanced by wood floors, high ceilings, and an open-concept living area perfect for entertaining. The dining table seats six, and for added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in-unit.
The outdoor space offers a delightful sitting area adorned with a fire pit and comfortable hammocks, ideal for lounging and enjoying the serene ambiance. Additionally, there's a convenient BBQ pit where you can grill up delicious meals while enjoying the fresh air. An outdoor shower is also available, providing a refreshing way to rinse off after a day of outdoor activities.
New additions include a game room and gym featuring electronic darts, a sound system with Bluetooth connection (not to be removed), Star Wars digital pinball, Pac-Man/Galaga arcade, 3-in-1 game table, and a home theater area for sports and movie nights. 🎮🏋️♂️🎥

The driveway accommodates at least 3 vehicles (including a boat), and there is no parking beneath the house past the 2nd column.
We are excited to announce the addition of a 50 amp plug, ideal for RVs and electric vehicles. This new feature provides a convenient and reliable power source, ensuring that your vehicle is fully charged and ready for your next adventure. Whether you're traveling in an RV or driving an EV, we've got you covered.
Reduced rates are available for monthly rentals from October through February.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house, including all amenities in the garage.
Getting Around:
This property is not zoned for golf carts.
Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE: We have a lock box placed at the property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
- age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve a property.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
