Detta tre sovrum andra våningen Riverfront lägenhet ger en flod vy och alla bekvämligheter i ett hem. I den post du hittar bänk sittplatser för bekvämt att ta bort dina skor och en staplade tvättmaskin och torktumlare set. Det rymliga vardagsrummet har en vedeldad spis och en platt-TV med DVD och Google Chromecast. I vardagsrummet finns också skjutdörr tillgång till baksidan däck med utsikt över floden och utsikt över Loon Mountain South Peak sluttningar. Tätplatsen har luftkonditionering och plats sex med tre extra platser finns i närheten vid köksdisken. Den nyligen ombyggda köket erbjuder granit bänkskivor, rostfritt stål apparater och alla redskap och grytor och kastruller du behöver för att göra en hemlagad mat. Det stora sovrummet ligger på ingångssidan av vardagsrummet och har utsikt över floden. I befälhavaren hittar du en djup kung säng, en platt-TV, luftkonditionering och en privat ombyggd 3/4 bad. På den bortre sidan av vardagsrummet är de återstående två sovrum åtskilda av ett badrum. Ett sovrum har två enkelsängar, en TV, luftkonditionering och utsikt över floden. Det sista sovrummet har en uppsättning våningssängar med en tvilling rulla säng, luftkonditionering och en liten TV.

Under sommarsäsongen se till att ta ett dopp i den närliggande gammaldags floden simning hål eller tillbringa tid på en av de två utomhuspooler. Tennisbanor finns också tillgängliga under hela sommaren. Lokalt hittar du massor av säsongsbetonade och aktiviteter året runt för att fylla din tid inklusive shopping, golf, mini-golf, nöjesparker (inklusive en lokal vattenpark), gondol / spårvagn åkattraktioner, naturliga attraktioner, alpin skidåkning och snowboard, längdskidor, snöskor, vandring, mountainbike, flod simning, kajakpaddling, fågelskådning och mycket mer.

We’ll maintained condo in a great location!

The title says it all! Location was great. Property was well maintained and there was plenty of room for the five of us. Space is plenty big enough to suit 7-8 people. Had a great time and would definitely look to stay here again!

Just amazing other than the part where there is not much network in the area!

We had an amazing experience of staying there. The house had all the games and kitchen was fully equipped. We just simply loved the stay and enjoyed with my family. Only problem was as there was no network and we reached at stay after hours, we had issues retrieving the code received through email to unlock the house.

Amazing Home away from Home

This vacation home was the Best we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the mud room with the washer and dryer. The whole place was so roomy and decorated beautifully. Our favorite thing was four room Air Conditioner’s that cooled the entire place. Loved all the Games that were there already. The back deck overlooking the beautiful stream was Great! The area was so serene and quiet!! The pools were so nice and refreshing. The Beds were all Very Comfortable. Will Definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you so much!!!🌟⛰️🥰 Doreen T. July 2023

Simply Perfect

The view from the porch is not only beautiful but the sound of the running river put it over the edge. Looking forward to our next weekend get away and will most definitely rent this unit again. Worst Customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst customer service. Stayed in Riverfront condo while the condo was clean to the eye we found several issues. First the living room furniture smelled like old wet dog and was broken so every time you sat on it it made a terrible noise. The beds were horrible, so old and uncomfortable that not even children could have a good night's sleep on the twin beds. Master bed was just a giant hole with a fluffy pillow topper on it. The refrigerator compressor was broken so every time it turned on the person closest to the kitchen was woken up by the loud noise. And lastly there were rodents in the unit. We did call and let them know about the rodents they sent someone out to place traps. The gentleman was sweet however when he left there were greasy rodent poison fingerprints all over the refrigerator, the counter and the stove that he touched. Loon Mountain Services did not care and we ended up leaving early because we could not sleep another night thinking there were rodents running around us. Even though we left early and left the unit spotless we were not offered any apologies nor offered any discount or credit. These people are only after your money. Also to clarify I spent a lot of time in the condo because I was not feeling well. Before I arrived I did let loon services know that I was very ill. I went online and checked the availability of the condo we rented and also of two other condos they managed. The three condos we're wide open with no other reservations until October. I asked if it was possible to move our reservation since I was not feeling well to another weekend. I did not ask for a refund. The woman laughed at me and said we would just have to cancel and no we're not getting money back. So I did go on the trip and I spent a lot of time in the condo so the issues of the rodents, the noise and the smell were ones that I witnessed firsthand for many hours.

Suitable but disapointing

Leaf peeping!

Reviewer Comments: Every year we stay in the Mtns, check out the leaves, and hit some great local eats, bars etc. The check in process was flawless, the place was clean, the master bedroom bed was really comfortable, the place is roomy, the deck overlooking the Pemi river was awesome but the only downfall was not being able to use the wood burning fireplace anymore as per policy. Something with their insurance policy which I can understand. Aside from that, the area is awesome, I spend a lot of time at Loon Snowboarding during the winter and this place location wise is perfect. If you are on the fence about not being able to have a fire in the fireplace, head over to the Woodstock Brewery and sit by their fire. Thing is huge and I dig their beers.

Fun along the river

We stayed at this property as we were going to Santa’s Village with our family. Property was clean, well maintained and convenient to everything we needed in the Lincoln/Woodstock area. The description was spot on and management company was friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely book here again. The unit and furniture were very comfortable.

Nice stay

The house is really good . It had all the required amenities. The house is in corner so not much disturbances . The sound of river flowing is an awesome experience.
