Du kan gå till norra sidan parken som har en trevlig lekplats, en stor utomhus träningsutrustning, sportfält, asfalterad stig för att springa eller långa promenader och en crabbing / fiskebrygga som sträcker sig ett bra avstånd till Assawoman Bay.

Rökning och inga husdjur. Tyvärr, vi hyr inte till gymnasium eller högskolor under 25 år.

Du måste ta med eget lakan, handdukar, pappersvaror och tvål. Detta skulle inkludera lakan, örngott, hand, bad och kökshanddukar, toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, ansiktsvävnad, diskmedel och svamp, hand- och badtvål samt schampo och tvättmedel. Jag är ledsen för besväret, men jag är säker på att du kommer att ha en bra tid ändå. Kuddar och filtar finns, även om vissa väljer att ta med sig egna.

Disappointing

The description of the property online was deceiving stating that the unit was 'completely renovated". A renovated property does not have large pieces of paint hanging from the ceiling...probably water damage. A renovated property does not have multiple large areas of "black mold" on the ceiling of the second bedroom. A completely renovated property does not have grout crumbling on the floor in the master bathroom. The shower floor was dirty and could have been remedied with a little scrubbing. The overall appearance of the unit was dirty making it a very uncomfortable stay. We were very disappointed with the condition of the property. I would be embarrassed to charge the excessive amount of money that you charged for this unit. I would definitely never stay here again and would never recommend to anyone else to stay here. Do not rent this unit or stay in this hotel.

Filthy

Floors were filthy. Ceilings were filthy near air vents, possibly mold which I sure hope not. Blender had old food in it. Very poor for the cost.

Very Disappointed #1

We stayed here just this past week. It had its pros and cons. First the cons: the owner tells you that you need to wash the sheets if you use them or else you’ll be charged $25. Our sheets had definitely NOT been washed. You could smell day(s) old hair smell on the pillows and the sheets and the “light bedding” blankets they give you gave me such an ‘ew’ feeling I went to TJ Maxx and bought my own and just had to wash the sheets for all 3 beds myself. The owner should just pay the $25 each time to ensure that guests sheets and other provided bedding is washed each time instead of relying on guests to clean for other guests. And how does the owner verify it was even done? From the cleaning crew?? That brings me to another con. The bedrooms and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The shower in the master bedroom has pink mildew all around the bottom and the grout, once white, is pitch black. The baseboards in the bedrooms are gross looks like they haven’t been wiped clean in years. Not sure what they mean by things are updated annually but they should include an update to their cleaning crew this year because it’s awful. The tv mounted on the wall in the living room is crooked. Listed as having an ocean view is correct however what wasn’t listed is that you also get a good view of the roof. It’s the 9th floor so you still get a good view but this wasn’t an ideal view. I’ll put the Pros in another review since I can’t fit it all one

Summer break getaway

Great location and wonderful condo with beautiful views of the beach and bay. We were even able to watch the fireworks from Northside park by stepping outside the door. The owner was very responsive to inquiries. Location is great and we were able to walk to many places. We had our sons and their friends (ages 12 to 14) and the kids were able to easily walk to get ice cream, play mini golf and even ventured down to 94th street to play basketball😀

The Place We’ve Been Looking For

We have been staying different places in OV for years, searching for the ONE. Well we have now found it. This is right on the beach, tons of activities for kids, and a fantastic property. We can’t wait to stay again next year and every year after that !

Wonderful condo

Family Getaway OCMD 2023

The condo was a great size for our family of 5. The amenities were great for the purpose of our stay. We hit a day of inclimate weather & never had to step outside to keep our kids entertained. The check-in & check-out process were easy. The availability of carts for transporting luggage was a great help, as was the loading zone. A couple of shopping carts for groceries would be a great add on.

Great for a quick get away

Place was clean and tidy. However, if you plan on cooking they don't have any mixing size bowls or equipment for cooking for a family of 5. No skillets, mixing bowls, or even cooking sheets for the oven. We had our 3 small grandchildren with us and cooking breakfast was quite challenging! Parking was a pain and elevators are slow to get to and from our condo.

Great location

It was very clean and the host was great! Checkin process was easy. Would definitely stay again. It is a little loud on the balcony from the AC unit in the front so you cant hear the ocean but the view is amazing!

End of summer getaway

The property was perfect for our short stay. Spacious common area clean & organized. Enjoyed the beach, indoor & outdoor pools. Lots to do on and nearby the property. Close to Fenwick eateries… as well as OC restaurants.

Summer Family Vacation

Good hotel amenities for the kids (indoor & outdoor pools, ice skating, games, etc.). Condo was a bit smaller than we thought it would be, and beds were small for 4 adults + 2 kids, might be better suited for 2 adults + 2 kids. Only big frustration was folks on the floor below us often smoked marijuana on their balcony, which we didn't want the 1 year old and 3 year old around, and the property security said they couldn't really view the condo balconies to find who it was. Not the fault of this condo owner, but the security should find a better way to monitor for it.

Great stay in OCMD

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in OCMD. Condo was clean and exactly how described in listing. Condo owner was extremely quick to respond to my questions, which I appreciated. There is so much for kids to do at this hotel/resort. My family had a blast. We hope to return here again. I would recommend this place for families looking for kid friendly fun.

This is by far the best place we've stayed in ocean city. We don't like to spend a huge amount on our rentals bc the main focus for us is just being close to the ocean and beach. If we come back to OC we will definitely try to stay here again. We had a couple days of bad weather and it was great to have the indoor pool, hot tub, arcade, ice rink, restaurants, they even put up a rain day bounce house. Our condo was nice too. A few dated things, and could have used a few additions to the kitchen, but I knew before exactly what was in there and can't complain. We had a great vacation. Oh! And the checkin was so easy. We were there early in the morning, and the nice check in lady gave us temporary keys to use the facilities while we waited. Made check in so much nicer! And I have to mention the owner was quick to respond when I had a question before our trip. Much appreciated.
