This neighborhood provides a perfect home base for exploring the Big Island and somewhere you will look forward to coming home to each day. Mauna Lani has everything you need to enjoy your time for when staying close to home is your ideal vacation.
You will love the tranquility of the area as well as the resort style amenities of Kulalani s recreational center, including a large lagoon style swimming pool with spa and a lap pool for adults only. A pavilion area provides space to relax with your snacks; a large BBQ grill small refrigerator are available.
Kulalani s fitness center includes a spa, aerobic equipment, a selection of weight/resistant machines free weights.
Entering from ground level you have the ideal gathering space in the central part of the unit, with the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room all feeding out to the large lanai, where you will undoubtedly spend most of your time.
The well-appointed and stocked kitchen will satisfy the home chefs, and you can choose between the 6 person dining room or the covered eating area on the lanai where you will want to spend time relaxing with a coffee or cocktail in hand. You also have the convenience of a powder bath, laundry room and garage access on this level of your home.
The upstairs level has two master bedrooms perfectly set up for two couples or a family of four, each with en-suite bathrooms. The main master is a retreat on its own! It has a king sized bed, office area, large walk through closet, inviting spa-like bathroom and a generous lanai. The second master has a king sized bed with its own ensuite bathroom.
A one car garage has plenty of room for the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys we provide in addition to your car, so you never have to search for parking.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit, it is not allowed inside or outside the home.

Hawaii - Mauna Lani 2025

Wonderful trip. Great location, close to The Shops and Beach club. The unit had all the amenities and comfort anyone would need. My husband thoroughly enjoyed using the gym. Both pools were nice and the landscape well maintained. Having the beach chairs and umbrella were a plus especially for our visits to Hapuna Beack.

Amazing property with all the amenities you could think of. Kitchen was well stocked with top of the line utensils and cookware. Quiet, clean and easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to Fairmont Orchid

Really nice property and great amenities included during our stay on Kona. This was a perfect location and a modest price in Waikoloa since we were attending an event at the Fairmont Orchid and could walk there easily.
