Tropic Winds 1904 är ett obefläckat 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, bukten framför takvåningen! När det gäller platser blir det inte mycket bättre - komplexet ligger strax väster om Hwy 79 på den lugna västra änden av Panama City Beach nära Pier Park! Denna rymliga lägenhet har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet med ett fullt utrustat kök, avancerade möbler och modern strandinredning.

Det stora sovrummet ligger precis vid viken och erbjuder en king size-säng, privat badrum och oändlig panoramautsikt. Gäst sovrummet har också en king size-säng, gott om lagringsutrymme och ett anslutande badrum.

Njut av det uppgraderade köket som erbjuder bänkskivor i granit och helt nya rostfria apparater. Matbordet har plats för upp till 6 vuxna bekvämt och det finns en frukostbar med ytterligare 4 barstolar. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa i queen-size, platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Tropic Winds-enheter har djupare balkonger än de flesta lokala lägenheter som ger dig ytterligare bostadsyta.

Den stora storleken på 10 och 28 erbjuder ett stort bord med plats för upp till 4, med korgstolar och en utesoffa och stolar. Parkering är en bris; ägaren har en utsedd parkeringsplats som ligger på andra våningen precis vid hissen. Beautiful Views

We had the most amazing views from our balcony. Our stay was amazing, and hope to return soon. The only tid bit of a downfall to our stay was the parking. Large SUV's are a bit tight in the spaces, but we made it work. Lol.

This was our first family vaca to PCB and it couldn't have been any better! The condo was beyond our expectations! The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. We loved watching the dolphins swim in the mornings. We appreciated all the little extras the owners provided-made for a very welcoming and stress free stay. Hands down one of the best condos we've rented. Thanks for your hospitality!

The room was beautiful we felt like we were at home. We like having the nice patio furniture on the balcony. We sometimes had a difficult time getting back into the room because the numbers on the keypad would stick.

We got excellent instructions before arriving and the apartment was as good as promised. Location was in the best place and it took only minute to get to the beach. Kitchen was very well equipped and apartment was clean and tidy. Wifi worked very fast, beds were king size and there was no noise or other disturbance in apartment. Value of money is excellent and you really should choose this place to stay.

The management company corresponded via email with all necessary information for check-in and departure - no hassles! All the required parking permits and wrist bands were left for us in the condo. Second stay this summer and disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time this summer we have stayed in this condo, and the condo is superb. Very clean, updated, and wonderfully decorated. There was some controversy with the property manager over the required armbands, which are required for being on the property and using the amenities. Apparently, if you don't reserve the correct amount of armbands for your stay, you must pay extra for them when you arrive. When I booked the room in April, I thought we would need 4 arm bands, we needed 5. Also, if you need more parking passes there is a fee. If you loose your armband there is a fee to replace. None of this additional cost information was in the rental agreement(s) (we stayed on two different occasions), that I signed. Further, the property manager, Mr. Webb, was quite draconian in his dealings with me, which led to a heated debate, and he threatened to throw us off the property, which upset my nine year old daughter who was witnessing all this - over (1) additional armband! All this controversy diminished our stay. My advise is to reserve the maximum amount of armbands allowed to your unit before you arrive, and more parking passes than you think you will need, to avoid having to deal with the property manager during your stay. Also, if you have more than one vehicle in your group, finding an available "green" parking spot is almost impossible. My first stay at this property was wonderful, the second stay was not nearly as pleasant. Also, the pool area is in need of renovations. I will consider other properties for my next stay in this area.

June 2023 Stay

Loved our stay at Tropic Winds. Greta’s was great to work with. Condo was clean and perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony that had comfortable furniture. Full size washer and dryer were a plus. Also really liked the reserved parking that was close to the elevators. No riding round and round a parking garage to find a place to park. We will definitely be using Greta’s for our next beach vacation at PCB.
