The space
Designed and built by internationally renowned architects, Co-Lab, Joshua Beck and Joanna Gomes have ensured every detail comes to life in this architecturally unique home.

Upon arrival, the first thing you will notice is how the home almost melts into the surrounding environment.

As you walk through the courtyard, you are greeted by a crystal clear pool, deep enough to be refreshing with a wrap-around swim step to sit on and hold a cool drink. Soft loungers are laid out to catch the afternoon sun.

Entering through the massive front door you look up to 12 foot ceilings, which when combined with the many arched windows provide the main living area and kitchen with loads of natural light. A round great table provides an ideal set up to comfortably host a dinner for a large group or just sit with a glass of wine and laugh with friends.

Passing through the main living area, you have dual-facing masters, each with a king size bed and full bathroom. Natural light spills in from the ceiling giving the feeling you are bathing in a cenote. Each master has a small outdoor space, quiet and private enough for a morning coffee or a couple chapters of that great book you picked up.

Of course, we keep the modern amenities: laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron. Clothes get dirty in paradise too.

Upstairs is the real masterpiece.

The master suite bath is a sight to behold. A giant open air shower spills like rain to wash away your cares along with the dust and sand from the day's adventures. The master suite itself has been built as one long archway with opposing windows on either side, like a living tunnel welcoming in the rising and setting sun. A California king bed sits atop a platform while up-lighting from the floors cast shadows as unique as a handwritten signature. Finally, small overlapping platforms gently rise up to the sun deck.

Bedroom 3: Master. 1 king size bed with full en suite bathroom, large closet, separate office space, beautiful big balcony.

All our beds have good quality sheets, pillows and blankets.
Bath and beach towels and 100% cotton, bed linen are provided for you and there is powerful A/C in all rooms.

Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible on request if there are no guests arriving/leaving on the same day.

EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP OF MIA BEACH CLUB IS INCLUDED DURING YOUR STAY.

When you venture to the beach you'll do it in style with exclusive membership of MIA beach club where you can enjoy use of their beach, sun loungers , free parking.

Beach club membership is free for the duration of your stay with us.
MIA beach club access includes free beach beds and free parking.
Please let us know what date & time you wish to go so we can book the beds for your group (kindly confirm the number of guest too)

Booking will be made under your name.

** They will only hold the beds for 15 mins if you are late.
** there is a minimum spent fee (on food and/or beverages) of around 1200pesos pp.
Other things to note
This is a non smoking house, you are welcome to smoke outside on the pool side.

Loud noise and parties are prohibited in private houses in Tulum after 10pm.

Kindly note that there is construction happening in our street so you may experience noise on the daytime from Monday to Saturday. Thank you.

Any external guest must be registered with us before entering the house.
