Klubbhus Get-away på fem tunnland

Klubbhuset är en härlig och rymlig lägenhet med ett sovrum ovanför ett garage som ligger på 5 tunnland på den vackra Kitsaphalvön - med bekväm tillgång till Seattle och den olympiska halvön.
Förutom ett privat sovrum finns det ett vardagsrum och ett rymligt pentry. Futon-soffan viks ut i en fullstor säng. Spela en omgång pool på biljardbordet med storstorlek. Bordshockey och flera brädspel är också tillgängliga. Välj en DVD för att titta på eller bara sitta runt bordet och chatta. Vårt mål är att få dig att känna dig som om du är hemma medan du har en plats att sparka tillbaka och ha kul.
Vi är fem minuter från den vackra staden Poulsbo, 20 minuter från Bainbridge Island och färjan till Seattle, och bara 1 och 1/2 timme till hjärtat av Olympic National Park. Vi är 45 minuter från Pt. Townsend. Vi är nära till vackra stigar och stränder på Kitsaphalvön.
Köket är utrustat med glas, tallrikar, bestick, mikrovågsugn, Oster bänkskivningsugn, induktions kokplatta och full storlek frig. Vissa kryddor tillhandahålls. Observera att vi inte har en spis, men mest matlagning kan göras på apparater som tillhandahålls. Vi har också en grill på sommaren.
Vi har en härlig stig runt fastigheten. Vissa "dolda skatter" kan upptäckas. Leta efter rensarejakt i gästmanualen.
Det kostar en extra kostnad på $ 20 per person över tre uppdrag.
Inga bilar hålls i garaget.

Great place for a few days

This apartment is so much better than staying in a motel. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is more than adequate for a few days. This was my second stay and I hope to stay here again.

Wonderful, quiet and cozy!

We couldn't ask for a better experience for us and our pups. Beautiful 5 acre property with a trail that's perfect for a nice short walk. We had everything we needed, and highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Getaway

Terry was wonderful and her property is amazing! We really appreciated the views, the wonderful walks, and how cute and comfortable and roomy the clubhouse was! I was in town for a wedding and and couldn’t have come across a better place to stay!

The Clubhouse

Great place, convenient location for Bainbridge Island and the peninsula. Nice little kitchen fully stocked for lite meals. Played billiards, walked the path with the dogs. Comfortable bed and spacious living area. We highly recommend this getaway!!!

Better than expected

We enjoyed our stay at The Clubhouse. It was fully appointed and Terry has thought of everything! The Clubhy was even better than depicted in the pictures and that sure doesn’t happen very often. We would definitely stay again.

Our Favorite Getaway

This was our fourth visit to the Clubhouse and we loved our stay even more than previous stays -- because it's become our home away from home whenever we're in Poulsbo. The perfect quiet retreat on the second floor, like living in the trees. Light and bright with a convenient kitchen that has everything for the weekend. A game or three of pool on the billiard table is an added bonus for my husband and me. Thanks Terry! We'll be back!!

Cute Comfy Cottage

From the moment we let ourselves into this darling abode we felt we made the right choice. Access was so easy, the reserved parking made for a very easy transition, it took us moments to make ourselves at home. We were greeted by a welcome sign, super clean rental, extras like cream in the fridge, stacks of clean towels, appealing decorating and a very comfortable living space. Extra special is a nice offering of books and DVDS. I highly recommend this rental by this SUPER HOST! Deservedly awarded. Thank you for a wonderful perfect stay! We will come again for sure!

The Clubhouse

Property was nicely appointed & decorated. Stores & restaurants just a short (10 minutes or so)drive. Lots of streaming services provided. The property had a nice secluded trail through the surrounding woods. We and our dogs loved this. The issue is the flood lights on the main house. If it was triggered the light shined in the clubhouse bedroom window. Woke us up more than once. Very relaxing and pretty property. Lots of thought went into making sure both humans and dogs were comfortable.

Lovely and big enough

Beautiful property, roomy apartment, plenty of places to put things on (not on the pool table!) and in, comfortable seats. Quiet, lots of windows, comfy bed. We enjoyed it very much!

We loved our stay

The clubhouse is thoughtfully stocked with all essentials. It is clean, comfortable and peaceful. It is heaven if you have a dog, there is a trail through their woods as well as mown grassy areas for walks. We look forward to another stay next time we’re in town.

Wonderful Stay- As Always

We love staying at Terry's property- it's not only beautiful, but she also provides you with just about everything you might possibly need. It's our favorite property to stay at with our dogs and the location can't be beat with it only being a short ride to the historic downtown.

Delightful warm and wonderful stay!

This was the least expensive place I was considering and kind of expected it to be a little rough around the edges, but it was not!! Very spacious and clean and comfortable with all the features needed to ensure a great visit! Located over the owner’s detached garage on a large wooded lot, the apartment is flooded with natural light. It was quite cold outside while we were in Poulsbo, but this apartment was snug and warm!

A nice respite from a hectic work schedule.

The property was perfect. The host described the property accurately and provided extras to allow me to relax and enjoy my short vacation. The property was close to Poulsbo but far enough away to provide a country atmosphere. I plan to return next Spring. Beautiful property Terry. -Greta

Absolutely wonderful

Went home for a short visit and I didn’t want to stay in the city. I found this adorable place and it immediately looked like the perfect stay. It was great to be surrounded by trees again and tucked away from everything. The unit is adorable and extremely comfy to just lounge around in.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

Awesome place to get away and just relax. The property is beautiful and perfect for a nice walk. The clubhouse is cute and had all the amenities we needed and more. Terry was very accommodating and helpful. Poulsbo is also an adorable town with a peaceful walk along the water.

Clubhouse

This is the second time I stayed at the Clubhouse. I can't say enough about how nice it is there. It's just such a calming, peaceful place to stay. I hope to stay here every time I come to the area.

Forest Retreat

The Clubhouse is very comfortable and delightfully decorated. The setting is beautiful with plenty of grassy space, wooded trails, and lovely gardens to wander through. The location is perfect, close to everything—-even Port Townsend. My dog and I lacked for nothing at The Clubhouse. The owners are responsive and cheerful. I will definitely stay here again.

A Gorgeous Eagle's Nest over Sweeping Lawns, Trees, Beautiful Surroundings

We stayed for nearly a month and found it extremely handy for our purposes, which were mainly to read, write, and take short half-day excursions in all directions. The hosts were wonderfully attentive, and their property is great for its beauty and for nice walks among trees around the extensive surrounding woodland. The place is only about ten minutes from the action of downtown Poulsbo, a beautiful little town, and it's also quite close to other seaport towns and seaside parks not far away. But really, the interior of the accommodation is a very nice set-up. There's a flight of stairs, a downside, but the upside is that you're almost up in the air with great colorful surroundings--the owner's beautiful house, yard, and garden, and acres of mown grass and woodland. We want to go again!

A Wonderful Adventure in Poulsbo!

The Clubhouse is a meticulously designed and maintained one bedroom apartment 5 minutes from the historic Poulsbo waterfront and its many exceptional restaurants and shops. Terry and her husband have gone to great lengths to ensure that their guests have a pleasant reservation process and stay. We particularly enjoyed the scavenger hunt and many personal dining recommendations. We’ll definitely be staying there on future trips to the Kitsap Penninsula.

Excellent Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Clubhouse. It's a quiet, well-cared for, private retreat, with all the amenities. Terry does a great job of anticipating guest needs, with snacks, treats, breakfast fixings, tea/coffee, etc. We can highly recommend this getaway location.

I retired as a teacher several years ago. My husband and I have lived on this property since our daughter was 8 months old, over 37 years ago! When we moved here, there was nothing but a shed and a lot of blackberries and scotch broom. We lived in a small mobile home for 9 years until we could afford to build. The garage, including the Clubhouse upstairs, came 10 years later. Now you need to check out our beautiful home on 5 acres!
I spend my time social dancing, mostly in Seattle. You may see me stagger home late at night with my dance bag in my arms. I have found my passion!
I also love hosting. People love the Clubhouse. Just read the reviews! I put a lot of love into the Clubhouse. I want a warm, inviting, comfortable place for my friends and the guests like you that come to our home. I always listen to suggestions. I strive to make the Clubhouse better all the time!

We are right in the middle of everything! Seattle, the Olympic Peninsula, great little towns like Poulsbo, Pt. Townsend and Bainbridge Island. There's lots to do here on the Kitsap Peninsula. It's a beautiful place.
