Had a great 2 night stay at the little cottage. Nice secluded property with a lot of privacy yet close to a lot of fine eateries. It was clean and communication from Kelley was timely. Would stay here again.

There were nice extras at the home, and although we didn't need them, it was thoughtful of the hosts. Easy to access and the directions were accurate. It is off the beaten path, but close to everything.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage while visiting for the Penn State football game. The property was exactly what we were looking for: peaceful, comfortable, and incredibly cozy. Nestled on a beautiful private tree filled lot, it felt like a true countryside retreat while still being conveniently located to everything we needed. The cottage was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and appreciating the quiet surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind after the excitement of game day. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. They were welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. If you're looking for a charming place to stay near Penn State or just want a peaceful getaway, we highly recommend this cottage. We are already booked again for the next game!

Kelly, your place is adorable and just want we needed. Thank you so much. You have gone above and beyond on this little cabin. Outdoor lights, seating, fire stove, kids toys hidden here and there. It is small but a true gem. The finishes are high quality and the timber-fame is lovely. Can't say enough nice things. Thank you!

An amazing place. Cozy and charming cottage tucked in the woods. The hosts did an amazing job building/renovating an old barn and turn it into an adorable cottage. It has all the necessary amenities for a modern living including AC split system. In addition it is equipped with a gas fireplace that adds a touch of old country charm. The place is clean and nicely decorated to the smallest details. The hosts were very nice and responsive.we would recommend it in a heart beat to our friends and family.
