On the upper level, youll find a bedroom with a full-over-full bunk, a flatscreen TV, and a small east-facing balcony. This level also includes a full bathroom and a private washer/dryer. This condo is located directly off the beach and boardwalk in North Mission Beach, about a third of a mile north of Belmont Park. Mission Beach is San Diegos lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park's miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and arcade. You'll be just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego as well.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.
Monthly reservations are considered.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $300 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
