BEAR VALLEY CABIN STÄNG TILL VILLAGE / LETT VINTERTILLGANG

Vår stuga ligger i hjärtat av Bear Valley längst ner i Quaking Aspen Road med gångavstånd till Bear Valley Village restauranger, butiker, skidbuss och Bear Valley Cross Country Ski.

Denna privatägda, välskötta, uppgraderade, barnvänliga stuga, har 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 bad (ett med badkar) och är cirka 1400 kvadratmeter. Det är en två våningar stuga och rymmer 9 personer, men den rymmer bekvämt upp till 12 personer. (Ytterligare kostnad på $ 10,00 per person kan tillkomma). Denna stuga är idealisk för två familjer.
Vår stuga är också husdjursvänlig, men vi har en STRICT PET POLICY och extra PET RENGÖRINGSavgift. Husdjur beaktas och tillåts endast från fall till fall och vi vägrar rätten att acceptera dem.

På vintern är tillträde till stugan till fots, åka skidor eller snöskoter genom preparerade allmänna vägar. Stugan är en av de närmaste till samhällsparkeringsområdet Lot 'C', som ger nära tillträde på vintern. De preparerade vägarna gör det möjligt för de äventyrliga skidåkarna att åka skidor från Bear Valley Ski Resort ända fram till stugans ytterdörr. Bear Valley Ski Resort ligger bara 3 miles upp på vägen och under skidsäsongen finns det en gratis pendelbuss från staden till skidliftarna du kan gå till. Snöskoter kan hyras från Bear Valley Snowmobile-butik och de erbjuder också snöskotertaxitjänster vid behov. Här är också en bra webbplats för mer information om Bear Valley:

Sovrummen är följande:
Sovrum nr 1: bra för barnen; Den har en våningssäng (tvåbäddsrum över full storlek sängar) och en full madrass under våningssängar och sover upp till 5.
Sovrum # 2: har en queen size-säng och en våningssäng (tvåbäddsrum över två enkelsängar) rymmer upp till 4.
Sovrum 3 (sovrummet): har en bekväm drottningssäng.
Dessutom finns det en utklappad futon-säng i full storlek i bottenvåningen som är bra för barn och en enda fällbar säng i vardagsrummet övervåningen.

På sommaren har vår stuga en vacker säsongsvikande bäck som rinner i ryggen och en privat stenbrannstomme framför, perfekt för stekning av marshmallows. Du kan koppla av i vår hängmatta och använda vår tandemkajak vid Bear Lake som ingår i din vistelse. Det finns gott om parkering på gatan vid stugan. Stugan ligger inom mindre än en mil till den privata Bear Lake och 4 miles till Alpine Lake.

Enjoyable Bear Valley escape

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and as advertised. The kitchen was especially well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/etc. We loved that the house was snow-bound, yet it was still close enough to walk in with our belongings from the parking lot. Will return someday.

Great ski weekend

We loved the house - especially not needing a snowmobile to get to it! House was super clean and spacious. Plenty of parking nearby and the mountain was only a 10-15 min drive away. Would def stay again.

Great Snow Cabin

If you want snow, this is it. It is close enough to walk from Lot C. Come prepared to snow hike. You can ski to the cabin/Inn which is near by.

This was our best Bear Valley trip ever!

Perfect Mountain Get Away

Lovely home for a summer mountain get away. The property is clean and well maintained along with being easy to get in and out of. It is conveniently located near the main road and Bear Valley amenities. This section of the Sierras is a well kept secret with all the beauty and none of the crowds. It provides great hiking, biking, boating, swimming, and fishing. It is an easy drive from the San Francisco Bay area with many scenic spots along the way. The home is quite and cozy providing an opportunity for rest and relaxation. The kitchen and amenities are well appointed making the stay extra easy. We highly recommend this home.

Bear Valley Retreat

We came up for a long weekend. The cabin was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked (better then what I expected), the beds were comfortable and the outdoor fire pit made our nights. We are looking forward to coming back

Perfect Location and Wonderful Space

We stayed here just after a big snow storm. It was lovely. A 3 minute walk from the parking lot so it was easy to transport our stuff to the house. The house was cleared for access, warm and clean. We stayed with another family so there were 8 of us total which was perfect. ( 4 adults, 4 teens). Would love to come back here next year or in the summertime!

Birthday Getaway

What a great location. Owners are very friendly and helpful. 20 min down to the resevior. Spent the whole day kayaking and this was a great cabin to retire in after a long day on the water. Kids would have a blast here. Great for a summer or winter vacation. We will be back for sure. Thanks again for having us!

Great and a little wild

We had a great time in the deep snow! The house is well equipped with everything we needed. It was a bit tricky to find in the dark and shovel out access to the house, but if you’re up for an adventure it’s fine.

Great for families

The cabin was clean and we found everything to be as advertised! The one thing that was beyond our expectations was the outdoor area and the fire pit. It is huge and we spent every evening around the campfire. The kids loved it. The beds are comfortable and the cabin is well stocked with kids toys, games and videos but who has time to watch them when the area is so beautiful. Great location near the village and only a few minutes drive to Alpine Lake. The owner is super helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this cabin in Bear Valley!

A Perfect Bear Valley Cabin!

Our three-generation family of six, plus two dogs, spent a delightful long weekend at Kátia's cabin. This was our first trip to Bear Valley. Kátia is by far the most-responsive and helpful owner we've dealt with on VRBO. The cabin easily accommodated the six of us, was relatively-easy to get to, was well appointed and maintained, with multiple TVs, WiFi, Xbox, both gas-fired and wood-burning fireplaces, etc., and had plenty of kitchenware for way more than we six. The amount of snow for mid-April was fantastic and skiing at Bear Valley was great for all of us. I highly recommend Kátia's cabin and Bear Valley.

Relaxing Cabin

My family lives in Murphys, CA but with COVID we wanted to vacation somewhere local and safe. We decided to head up to Bear Valley for a relaxing weekend. From the beginning Katia was welcoming and reassuring. She stayed in contact to make sure I had everything I needed (especially since cell coverage is spotty). The cabin is thoughtfully decorated with quality furnishings. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, our two young boys and my parents. We enjoyed the fire pit and hammock in the yard, and took the kayaks to the local lake. I highly recommend this wonderful cabin!

Good location, no-frills basic cabin.

Convenient location, easy access to the house from the parking lot. Nice friendly owners and well-stocked kitchen. Various heating options (downstairs unit was broken when we were there but the other options were sufficient). Funky layout with spiral stairs in the middle of the top/entry floor, so tight dining/living area. Beds were just ok (mattress upgrades would make a huge difference) but lots of spare sheets and pillows and towels. Extra toys and movies, which was great for our kids. Overall it worked well for our group.

Great place for families

Cabin is great for families with children. All the appliances were newer which I liked. And they had reliable WIFI which the kids loved. The placed is stocked with plenty of stuff for both winter and summer. I stayed in the winter and went to Bear Valley to ski and now I want to come back in the summer already. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. And there is a closet of everything you need from shoe shoes, flashlights, lanterns, head-lamps, glove dryer, etc... Katia was very nice and was in communication through out the process. You can tell she has great attention to details and with all of her clear instructions it made the trip a lot easier.

We are a family of four from the Bay Area and we love skiing, snowmobiling, sledding, cross country skiing, hiking, fishing, kayaking and all that Bear Valley offers! :)

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our cabin's location is incredible! It is ideal for a mountain getaway in the winter wonderland and yet in close proximity to downtown, for restaurants and ski shuttle, so you don't feel like you are away from the action but yet it is secluded as it sits on over 1/3 acre next to green open county land. We enjoy the spacious level lot, adjacent to green space providing serene outdoor living . Cabin also provides for an easy winter access for our family and friends. Summer time, we fell in love with the seasonal creek that runs behind our cabin and the downtown proximity so kids and the whole family can ride their bikes or walk to the lake, swimming pool, park, library, restaurants etc... We are also close to Spicer Reservoir, Stanislaus river and of course Lake Alpine.

This cabin is one of the closest to the village, providing easy winter access and it is kids friendly. (We have xbox 360, several PG DVDs, toys, games, kids little table, portable highchair & crib). Our cabin is updated, always well maintained, well furnished and fully stocked with all amenities of your own home for your ultimate comfort. We also provide our guests with a tandem kayak for your leisure in the summertime located at our local private Bear Lake.
