Great for families

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this property! We had plenty of room and everything was so clean when we arrived. The terrace building is a short walk to the beach and the pool was never crowded. 5 star stay!! :)

Wonderful!!

Brought my two teenage daughters to Destin for a few days over spring break and this condo did not disappoint! Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of amenities, and a very quick walk to the private beach for the resort. Loved it!! Be sure to bring soap and beach towels…or walk next door to the souvenir shop and buy some. Was surprised that the resort did not have a beach towel service. But easily remedied! Highly recommend-we’d definitely come back here!!

Loved it!

My family and i stayed atthe Terrace at the Pelican Beach Resort for 4 days. The building was very clean and our rooms were extremely comfortable and beautiful. As the resort was pretty large, it did take some time to figure out where everything was but there was so much to do here and so much to explore from the multiple pools to the cafes. The only problem we really had was how during the day, most of the beach was blocked off with rentable beach chairs /unbrellas you were not allowed to set up in front of making it difficult to monitor the kids in the water. They were taken down in the late afternoon but we ended up going to Henderson park for beach day instead and had a wonderful time as it was absolutely beautiful.
