All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the tiny home is located on the same lot as a house, but the backyard is not a shared space and the pool is not available for Tiny Home guests. While parking in the driveway is shared, you will have your own private area separate from the houses. If you book, please be considerate of others and respect their privacy. If you prefer a private experience, you can book the entire property by visiting airbnb /h/thebeltonlakehouse.
Routine lawn maintenance is done regularly and may take place during your stay. The team works quickly and does their best to avoid any disruption.
