Welcome to our newer and absolutely beautiful East side Colorado Springs home. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in 3,340 sf of living space on a 8,000 sf lot. During your stay, we hope you enjoy the sense of peace, warmth with family/others, and its simplicity.

We believe that there is absolutely nothing better than staying in a place that feels like home, not a hotel. We live here and want to share the happiness we feel here.

THE SPACE

Smart home with keyless entry and outdoor security cameras: 3 in the front including the doorbell Ring cam.

We wanted our place to be enjoyable to stay at indoors and out. We know it's pricey to travel, so we prioritized having a variety of amenities here so you don't have to constantly go out.

Large backyard and side yard with mountain views; artificial grass for year-round enjoyment; porch swing; pergola with LED lights; patio table w/6-chairs; natural gas grill with side burner; 2 propane space heaters; a new hot tub with built-in LED lights covered by another pergola with programmable LED lights; and a propane firepit with 4 chairs shaded by a 10-ft LED umbrella. Towels for hot tub and plenty of games in outdoor container.

The main floor has open floor plan with tons of natural light and a half-bath.

Also on the main floor is a kitchen island with barstools, an 8-person dining room table, and a living room with an 85 inch smart TV, couch, loveseat and super-comfy reclining chair. Need a private office space? We have a full office/library room with a door and lots of windows to work or use as a quiet place to relax and read. Hook your laptop to a dual 43" and 27" hi-res monitors mounted on a large 6.5' x 5.5' L-shaped desk. Whole-house water softener, with second filtration for drinking water at the kitchen sink.

The 2nd floor has the master bedroom with master bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a walk-in closet, new 55" smart TV; 2nd bedroom; common room with 65" TV and pull out couch; 2nd full bath; and laundry room with full-size washer/dryer.

The basement includes a 2nd master bedroom with walk-in closet, 3-bed kids room with indoor games, ANOTHER living room for the kids, 50" TV, and bar/kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer. Full bath.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Video walkthroughs of amenities and "how-tos" available through chat. List of recommended nearby restaurants also available.

A few updates to the videos: the Alexa device in the kitchen is unplugged and the camera shutter closed. You are free to plug it in if you'd like to use it!

Please shower before entering the hot tub. You'll notice the water turn green in a couple of days if you don't. If you pour chlorine in after each use, the water will stay clear during your stay. If you have young ones, please only allow those that are potty trained to go in. We have a new hot tub cover holder that is different from the video, but should be pretty easy to fold the lid and slide onto the holder. Please let us know if you need additional guidance on it. Amazing house!

What a beautiful property! The house was spotless. So much room! 3 living rooms, 4 bedrooms! The backyard was the perfect place to spend our evenings! If we ever come back to Colorado Springs this would be the house I would want to stay in! Thanks to our hosts!

We love that our community is a newer build. Quiet neighborhood with parks, trails and mountain view. Very close to Peterson SFB. Close to downtown, the airport and Ft Carson without being too close.

2) Large backyard: corner lot with a large side yard provides extra room to enjoy outdoor activities
3) Private: corner lot is higher than the one neighbor, and retaining wall and community wall maximize privacy
4) Hot Tub: large 8-person hot tub under a pergola with programmable LED lights
5) Fire Pit: propane fire pit with chairs and a retractable umbrella with LED lights
6) Living Space: 3 living rooms, each located on different floors
7) Office/Reading Room: dedicated room with door for privacy and quiet to relax and read or to connect to 2 large displays to work
8) Food/Drinks: everything in the pantry and both refrigerators are free to consume. Soft drinks are located in the garage refrigerator
