Condition of the property: Unanswered mail sent to property manager:We checked in last night. HERE is what we found1. Musty smell throughout the house. Smells just like foreclosures2. Small stains in the carpet. They are not big but there are several throughout the carpet.3. The door to the deck us stuck, it doesn't lock. 4. The TV on the room with queen bed doesn't work. 5. The paper blinds on that room is cut in half horizontally so it doesn't cover the windows.6. The walls in the kitchen leading to the bedrooms are dirty and one of the corners started peeling off.7. The coffee maker is leaky, big time.There is more damage in the property but that is clearly wear and tear. Listing accuracy: Front beach means there is a canal in the back of the property where homeowners can dock their boats.The property is dark and outdated. Kitchen and bath flooring is old box store vinyl. Carpet although was vacuumed, needed washing, especially the entrance. Cabinets and trimming is 1980 oak with no maintenance done at least in years.Location: OK location for a trip taking 15-20 minutes of drive and finding parking to the beach.Property manager: They charged my card with 70 junk fees. Called to resolve, office manager screamed and hung up.Be aware: I was told that neither bedding linen or towels were included, so we got our own rather than paying an additional fee.
