Summerlin är en underbar egendom - inte en hög höjning och bara 30 lägenheter i byggnaden! Poolen är en stor storlek, belägen på stranden och uppvärmd under vintermånaderna. Fastigheten har garage och grill. Dessa lägenheter är vackert inredda och mycket välfyllda! Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och det är STRAND FRONT med en entré till stranden balkongen. En 40 "LED-TV och DVD-spelare i sovrummet för din underhållning och en Bose radio / CD-spelare. Stranden vid stranden har en helt ny soffa, gott om bekväma sittplatser och en 47" platt-TV och Blu-Ray DVD spelare. Gäst sovrummet har en Queen size-säng och en 36 "LED-platt-TV plus Samsung Blu-Ray DVD-spelare också. Alla rum har fantastisk inredning inklusive badrummen med nytt trägolv i hela sovrummen. Break from the Chaos

This was a perfect get-away. Very clean and convenient, with breathtaking views of the gorgeous white sands and blue waters. We hope to be back.

The view is spectacular. The beach is my happy place. The only reason I did not rate as five stars is because I noticed the fake and dried plants were dusty and had a few cobwebs. I’m not a fan of fake plants for this reason.

Summerlin 502 This property met our expectations based on the description with a great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. All the appliances in the condo work well, making our week stay very comfortable. We had an issue with the master bedroom bed not being clean. There were stains and hairs on the supposable clean bed sheets. This was reported to the management company and the next morning both beds' linen were changed plus I was partially refunded the cleaning fee. So, in other words, stuff happens and the management company addressed the issue and took full responsibility. Would I stay here again? Yes absolutely

Beach Retreat

The master shower is amazing and beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Thank you Brooks and Shorey for making booking and check in easy. Will definitely stay here again. Favorite restaurants are Sealand, Old Bay Steamer and Ricks Crab Trap. Our family and 3 yr old grandson also enjoyed the Gulfarium nearby.

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our time here, we had our daughter and her 2 young children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even received a text after we checked out that housekeeping had found a shopping bag (about 300$) with souvenirs that we had just purchased and carelessly left behind. They had it waiting for us in our next rental ( we changed units when the kids left).

Might consider putting slow close hinges or some type of foam/rubber gasket where it meets. My husband mashed his finger in it the first night. Otherwise enjoyed very much.

Nice view, great condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to Summerlin 502 during tbe week after Christmas. We enjoyed the views and the condo is very nice. However on the 3rd day of our visit there was a jackhammer drilling tile floors. It vibrated the entire facility and was so loud than when I called Brooks and Shorey they could not hear some of our conversation. They said it was off season and these renovations were normal. The agent also said they woud move us but they were full. When I asked for options we were given the number of the association manager. Long story short we talked with the condo manager and they had it stopped. We should have been at advised this could happen.
