Great location!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The condo met all of our needs. First time staying in a first floor unit and it made for easy access to the beach and pretty views.

Family vaca

The unit surpassed our expectations. The pictures they have do not do this unit justice. We loved the open layout and the huge kitchen island to sit around while we cooked dinner. Huge bonus for us was having our own wash off spot on the back porch to hose off before coming inside from the beach. We will definitely stay in this unit again. Before our stay the communication was wonderdul. Some of the sweetest people we have delt with.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay! It has a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook whatever you want. The condo was clean and close to the boardwalk for easy access. There is a hose with a sprayer on the back patio to help manage the sand tracked in the condo. The only feedback I would give is that I wish there were kitchen towels provided for us to help keep a clean condo throughout our stay. I definitely would stay in this condo again.

Family Beach Trip

Very good condo unit. Ground floor, new kitchen, appliances. baths, and furniture. Well-supplied kitchen. De-humidifier was great. Cleaning needs to be improved. We had to wash the sheets and mattress covers prior to use due to moldy odor.

Spacious with fantastic patio

The condo is very spacious, and the kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped. The patio was a huge bonus, as the beach was quite windy during our stay. We were able to stay in the sun with the ocean view despite the chilly breeze.

Perfect Vacation

We loved this property, it's right on the beach with literally steps to the beach access. Condo is well furnished and comfortable, has ample seating, and the water heater is amazing and kept up with 8 people. Kitchen is well appointed. We will be back.

Gorgeous Condo

We were a little concerned staying on the bottom floor because we like having a view. Even though you are on the ground the view of the ocean was breathtaking. The dune made a beautiful backdrop for pictures. It was so nice being able to walk out back door just footsteps away from the beach. The condo had everything we needed and it is beautifully furnished. We hope to return next year.

Cozy and Relaxing

Surf Dweller 108 did not disappoint! We enjoyed morning coffee with the sounds of the ocean and the peaceful breeze. The carpet made the place cozy and the upgraded kitchen was fantastic.

Clean Room and Great Views

The room was clean and very spacious. Very easy to access the beach. We were scheduled to arrive the day Hurricane Sally made landfall. They were very easy to work with and let us reschedule our dates. Our family had a great time. Thank you.

Paradise

We have stayed in this building before on previous vacations and loved it. While I was a little hesitant about staying in a condo on the ground floor, it ended up being the best stay we’ve ever had!! The condo is very well kept, clean and well furnished. There was NOTHING we needed that was not there. Being on the ground level allows you to go right out the back door to the beach...no waiting on an elevator or trying to lug all your stuff downstairs ❤️If available this will be the condo we stay in EVERY year!
