Inside the screened porch, on top of the outdoor dining table which can double as a hang out space or play games, we also have a couple chairs with ottomans
4 higher quality Adirondack chairs and gas fire place are nicely situated near the pool

POOL
As of October 2024 the pool is closed for the season.

PATH DOWN TO DOCK
The walk down to the dock from the house is a very gradual 530 feet with a flight of stairs right before the gangway

DOCK
We have a platform swim dock on Lake Hartwell

WATER DEPTH
As of March 21, 2025 we have 5.5 feet of water off our dock. Plenty to drop a line or just enjoy the lake!
Typically during the spring / summer months we have 6 feet of water.
