Njut av "värme, komfort och lätthet i Valley of the Sun - Resort Gillar Style" Kom till min stad hem som en respit från de kalla vintermånaderna - eller när som helst av året för att njuta av skönheten i Arizona. Min lägenhet erbjuder alla bekvämligheter av att vara hemma .... och mycket, mycket mer !! Expansiva stora rum / matsal och kök - öppen koncept för de roliga familj / vänner sammankomster. Mat för 4 plus multipel vid disken. Unikt inredda i en stil som ståtar med "semester". Grand Master Stor dubbelsäng med master bad inklusive en duschkabin, utökad fåfänga och garderob. 2 Stor dubbelsäng innehåller alla behov i en lugn och avkopplande atmosfär. Sleeper soffa i det stora rummet rymmer 2. Härlig komplex med en utväg som poolområdet, 12 personer badtunna, ramadas med bord och grillar, lekplatser och ½ basketplaner. Gräsbevuxna fotbollsplan med vandringsled. Tvättstuga garderob med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Beläget i östra Mesa, mycket lätt tillgång till Hwy 60 och Loop 202. 15 minuter från Superstition Mountains, 10 minuter från Usery bergen. 15 minuter från Mesa Gateway flygplats och 35 minuter från Skyharbor flygplats. Restauranger och shopping .... 5-10 minuter i flera riktningar. Välfylld kök. Cox kabel och höghastighetsinternet med trådlöst modem. 32 "TV i stora rummet w DVR och DVD-spelare. 27 "TV i Master Bedoorm. New Electric Grill. 1 bil garage med fjärrkontroll. Observera: Min webbplats kontrolleras dagligen - besvara förfrågningar, uppdatera kalendern, etc. Så om du är intresserad av ett visst datum och datumet visas tillgängliga .... Det är !! Dessutom har jag skrivit mina priser och har en städavgift och en Skadeskydd utöver de utstationerade priser. Great place to stay!

AWESOME! Condo was very clean and had EVERYTHING you could need for your stay; the beds are wonderfully comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, washer and dryer included. We loved that you are located close to shops, restaurants and mountain hiking. Property managers were always available to answer questions and provide us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend to friends and relatives for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our 1 month stay, and hope to come back again soon. Jerry & Sue

Great stay.

This was the easiest rental I've had. Check in was so smooth, owners quickly responded to any messages. Perfect location for what we needed. Will definitely rent this one again.

Awesome

Very nice condo with all the amenities. Well stocked with just about everything you need for a pleasant stay. Convenient location. Host was quick to respond to questions. Pool wasn’t heated in January but we really didn’t expect it to be. Besides, the Mesa public pool was only four minutes away for lap swimming.

Great location, comfortable stay

Our two week stay was perfect and would reserve it again. Beds were comfortable (although we like a king size), kitchen was well stocked, owner responded quickly with any questions we had, quiet neighborhood, soccer field-basketball court-playground was perfect for our grand kids to play on, grocery store and pharmacy close by. The weather was rainy and cool so no chance to use the pool, but looked very inviting.

What We Needed

We needed a place to stay between selling our home and waiting for our new house to become available and this place was the perfect fit! It had enough space for myself and my two children (and would be fine for more people as well). The home had things that we needed for an extended stay including a washer & dryer and full kitchen- things that hotels don't (typically) offer. Communication with the owners was easy- they were very responsive, helpful, and flexible. The location was perfect for what we needed, it is close to several stores, outlet mall center, and to major freeways. The housing community was very nice, friendly neighbors, and the pool and parks were very well maintained.

Warm and cozy family townhome

This was a such a wonderful family townhome experience. The location in Muirfield Village was quiet and safe and near everything. We loved the spacious open concept living area. The kitchen had great working appliances and the cupboards were well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms had nice showers. We also loved all the natural light and enjoyed the patio balcony in the mornings for coffee. Our dog enjoyed taking walks with us on the path around the soccer field and in a the neighborhood. Also enjoyed sitting around the community pool and basking in the Arizona sun. Definitely recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

The pool was to be open all during our stay. It was only open for 2 weeks.Absolutely no Privacy. ly

The tap water had a odor bad smell most times. The Pots and Pans had a lot of wear the finish was off of them. The Furniture was very old. The Stove and Fridge and washer and dryer was very old. Everything was old needed to be REPLACED. The MATTRESS was terrible needed replacing as well. Damage Deposit how do we get it BACK. Please tell me What I can do to get it BACK. Margaret Binder.

Perfect for our needs

The condo was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. It is a very nice 2 bedroom with plenty of space and is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We will stay again!

Rob and Barbara were a pleasure to deal with and the condo suited our needs perfectly.

The condo was clean and bright and was well equipped. It was comfortable and well situated for various types of shopping and recreational activities. Overall our stay was a very positive experience.

Great choice for Mesa Az

Highly recommend accommodation, in great position in Mesa Az. The place was extremely clean, anything you would have at home was available in this well stocked condo, towels, pool towels, and bedding. The kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and small appliances. When we needed support from owners Rob answered all calls and was very helpful and dealt swiftly with any questions we had, would recommend this property to anyone.

The Best!

We have stayed in this townhouse for a second time. It is so roomy and comfortable and nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable and the lighting is great. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. And it has the extra bonus of a garage. The townhouse complex is well maintained, quiet and the south end has a large soccer field that is great for walking. I recommend this to family and friends. Thanks Rob and Barbara

Very pleased

The property is very clean and very well kept. It is the perfect size for 2 couples and fully equipped with all necessary day to day living essentials. We would recommend this property to any one wishing to vacation in the Mesa area.

Great place to stay!!

This place was much nicer than I expected. Rob was very friendly and very informative about the area. The location was easy to get in and out of and close to major highways. This place had all the comforts of home and then some. Very clean and nicely decorated! The pool and hot tub were spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for short or long term stays. A++

Joan chose this location for it’s easy access to anywhere in the Valley and day trip excursions. I built my condo, as did my brother and his wife at the same time, which made the decision easy! Rob and Barbara reside in Queen Creek, AZ and will be managing the property on my behalf. They will be your contacts, are very accommodating and approachable, and experienced with vacation rentals.
