A Tuscan Dream in the Heart of Paso Robles Wine Country! This gorgeous Tuscan-style home is nestled on 50.03+/- acres and provides all the privacy and tranquility that one could desire. The magnificent custom single level home boasts approximately 3,829sq. ft. with a spacious soaring ceiling great room with fireplace at the center of the living space. The large chef-quality kitchen with breakfast bar is exquisite and flows well within the living space. Additional highlights include the large formal dining room, wet bar with refrigerator and amazing custom sound system throughout. There are ample rooms in the home including the Master Retreat which is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The spacious bedroom features a fireplace, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower as well as its own fireplace and access to the rear yard. In addition, there are two additional en-suite guest rooms with one having its own fireplace. There is also a private guest room and bathroom located off the kitchen area. The outdoor living space has not been forgotten as everyone loves to enjoy the amazing Paso Robles weather. Spend the afternoon and evening in comfort and relaxation as you enjoy both the sunshine and the vineyard sunsets. A custom fireplace seating area allows full view of the beautiful vineyard and overlooks the event/party venue space. In addition, the covered rear back patio is located off the great room and includes the most beautiful professional gas fired or oak fired pizza oven as well as a built-in gas bar-b-que.

Nestled in the vineyards with stunning views, Felice Valle was the perfect place to have our Thanksgiving. The fire pit was ideal for early morning and late-night gatherings. The pizza oven and well-appointed kitchen made meals effortless. Bob was a gracious host, quick to answer our questions and offer advice. Can't wait for our next trip there!

Big, Beautiful and well stocked for guest comfort. Each room has a attached bathroom, the outdoor is as inviting as inside. Several seating options to enjoy different views of the winery. Almost felt we were in Tuscany.

The house (Villa) was a perfect retreat and home base for 4 couples who came to the area for wine tasting. Each master suite has king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The home is so comfortable with top of the line appliances, so many areas to relax and entertain, a fabulous large fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The beautiful landscaped property overlooking the rolling hills is breathtaking. Needless to say - we hope to return.

Perfect getaway in the midst of beautiful vineyards. There were 4 couples in our party and the house was perfect for us. Beautiful views, amazing backyard with many nooks complete with fire pits and string lights made for a perfect setting. The house is really well equipped with high end appliances and everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Bob responded promptly to any question I had. Really enjoyed the weekend and would definitely love to go back again

My birthday celebration

We can’t say enough about this property. Absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to celebrate my birthday! The back patio was our favorite place to enjoy coffee in the mornings and dinner and wine enjoyed around the massive fire ring. There were 4 couples and it was the perfect house to accommodate all of us. We enjoyed the barn owls sighting at night and the quail during the day!! Bob was a great host and messaged me back right away. Definitely would stay here again.

Luxury in a vineyard

It's a ten minute drive from town but once there you land at an estate floating in 40 acres of grapes with everything you could possibly want. Four fabulous rooms, each with a comfortable bed and bath. Fully equipped chef's kitchen with adjacent dining for ten and a super great room. Step outside and there are numerous spots to enjoy views in all directions. Even a fabulous protected fire pit from which to watch the sunset. All we could ask for might be a hot tub.

We LOVED our stay! The home had everything we needed for 4 couples. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Living room well furnished and great hang out spot. We cooked one night and found the kitchen well stocked! We spent our evenings at the large fire pit surrounded by the vineyards. It was so quiet and peaceful we didn't want to leave! GREAT HOME!

Amazing Home in Paso Robles Wine Country

We stayed in this home with friends to celebrate a 60th birthday. The home is absolutely amazing with plenty of room and amenities. Each couple had their own bedroom with a king bed and own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with anything needed and the outdoor space is incredible with multiple seating areas and fire pits, all with great views. Exceeded all expectations! Thank you for the hospitality.

Tuscan escape among the vineyards

The house is amazing and perfect for a family event. We enjoyed the sunsets among the vineyards, as well as the enormous firepit. The grill in the covered patio was perfect for grilling steaks. The kitchen was well appointed and we found everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms are lovely and having private baths, was icing on the cake. The location is very private and yet, just minutes away from shops and wineries. Overall a great experience and wonderful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Paso’s Hidden Gem

The property and home are beautiful. The house is perfect for 4 couples. Lots of different seating areas inside and outside to hang out. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the things needed to cook meals. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and shower. Such a wonderful property. Paso Robles Paradise

This hits up there as one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Not only did the owner make communication and check-in a breeze, pulling up to the property we were in awe. The place was amazing, clean, full of amenities, great views, I could go on and on. Would stay here again without hesitation. And as an added bonus, I am a runner and I was worried about where I could safely get a run in during our trip. Well, this place is nestled in a vineyard with a 2-mile dirt loop circling the property. This made for one of the most beautiful runs I've been able to get in while on vacation. Thanks again to the owner for renting out such an amazing place.

True Luxury in the middle of a vineyard

We had another wonderful experience staying at Felice Valle. The drive up to the villa from the main road is magical. You driving through a field of vineyards, watching as deer run through the fields. Approaching the villa gives a sense of welcoming with the beautiful Tuscan architecture. The entry into the main living room is expansive and well decorated. The gourmet kitchen offers all the tools for making wonderful meals. The bedroom layout is ideal for giving private space with exclusive bathrooms. There is a nice patio area that includes two gas fire pits/seating areas and a large table ideal for morning breakfast. The location provides a balance of remoteness from the main hustle of Paso and short driving distance to the more popular vineyards/tasting rooms. We've been bless to stay here the last three spring seasons and look forward to coming back. Robert, the host, has be very responsive and ensuring the villa is ready for guests.
