Pebble Beach A-304 is a Third Floor Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo located in the the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants.
The Living Area leads out to an oceanfront balcony that overlooks the pool & ocean. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher, icemaker & microwave. Wet Bar.
Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a Full Bath and an oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a small balcony. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a small balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. Water Softener.
