Denna stuga har nyligen renoverats från topp till botten, är tillgänglig året runt, har ett fullt utrustat kök, fri utsikt över sjön, lakefront område för grillning och bränder, WiFi och TV. Det finns parkering utanför gatan för 2 fordon.

Det finns 2 sovrum - 1 sovrum har 2 enkelsängar, det andra har en rullande säng som kan bli 2 tvillingar eller en "Full". Varje sovrum har individuellt kontrollerad basvärme. Det finns en futon i vardagsrummet som rymmer upp till ytterligare 2 personer. Alla sängkläder ingår.

Stugan ligger några steg från The Lighthouse Restaurant och Black North Inn och cirka 1/2 mil norr om The 4Cs Marina.

Great vacation

Perfect vacation spot for our family with dogs, it is centrally located to see local attractions, Buffalo/Niagra, Rochester and Letchworth State Park (AKA Grand Canton of the east). It was clean with great waterfront view.

Great Stay

Overall a great stay. The fire pit by the lake was magnificent, perfect place for a glass of wine(our bourbon) after a long day fishing. The place was exactly as advertised, and great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Place to Stay

The propeety was perfect. It was great having everything already there (towels, sheets, cooking utensils etc) It was quaint, and beautifully decorated. Only about an hour to Niagra Falls, made for a great day trip. Communication was great with the owners. A wonderful experience!!! great day trip.

Amazingly peaceful!

The cottage is so adorable And the views of Lake Ontario are amazing! it is located on a quiet, relaxing, dead end street, but with wineries and state parks to explore close by. there is a wonderful little restaurant just a few doors down, called the black north Inn. And a few minutes drive away ithere is the Dutch country market full of really good baked goods and necessities that you may need. The owners go above and beyond To make your stay is extraordinary!! We will definitely be coming back!

On Top of Lake Ontario

If you are looking for peace and beauty, then this is the spot. The cottage is the right level of coastal cute and super comfortable for two, but it is the lake views that make the place.

Lovely Place

Cozy and beautifully positioned, this cottage was a great little getaway. We made it to Niagara Falls in 90 minutes, hit several wineries on the return, and managed to get just enough warm weather to sit by the lake for a couple of hours. Thanks, Judd!

So relaxing

This was just what we needed. It was the cutest cottage with the best view. Very clean! And the hosts were awesome. Very friendly. Loved sitting along the lake. Would definitely go again!

Great location

Location was great, rental was clean and well decorated, Great view! The only thing that could use updating is the heater. The cabin was very comfortable and the owner quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay Mr. Sunshine! Mark's pizza in Albion had great NY style pizza.

Fantastic weekend getaway

Stayed here for a final summer hurrah! This cottage and location certainly allowed that! The cottage was clean and had everything you needed. The views of the lake from both inside and outside are stunning. Loved sitting right by the shore, hearing the waves and seeing sooo many stars at night while around a fire. Easy to walk to a few restaurants but also Medina had great shops and food. Totally relaxed after a stay at this cozy cottage right on the lake. Recommend a stay.

Perfect Get Away Spot

We had perfect weather and enjoyed our weekend get away. Sunsets, glass like lake conditions and camp fires by the lake at night. Restaurants within walking distance for all times of day . . . shouldve brought some fishing poles.

Welcoming Clean Cozy Lakefront Cottage

Sunshine cottage is inviting and cozy. Well maintained and updated. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was worry free. Excellent lakefront property with privacy. Many accommodations in the cottage from washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, toiletries, Internet access, linens, and more. Fishing charter was reasonably priced and a great experience. Beautiful and peaceful area with lovely locals. We will be back at Sunshine on the Lake. Best cottage in the area!!!

Peaceful Getaway

We loved our quiet days watching the calm lake and our evenings sitting at the campfire. The cottage was perfect. Clean, neat, comfortable, well stocked with everything a person needed. The decor made us feel like vacation as soon as we walked in. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and were very gracious. We accidently arrived 30 min early and they were ready for us. (just needed to set the door code). We highly recommend this gem.

Almost as great as being at the ocean . . .

Everything one could ask for and more in this lovely cottage on the lake. Judd and his wife captured the nautical feeling of being on the water from inside the cottage. It was just as described, very clean and cozy. It was so nice to see the brochures left for their guests with restaurant recommendations, places to visit and things to do. We had a relaxing four days and will definitely look forward to another visit! Thank you so much for "sharing" your beautiful cottage! Doug & Judi

Delightful cottage in a tranquil location

My family had a pleasant 10 day stay at this spacious and modern cottage. The amenities are fantastic - all bedding and towels were supplied - and the extras, such as WiFi and TV, made our Olympics-watching evenings were enjoyable! The location is unmatched: glorious front yard views of Lake Ontario, and a one minute walk from 2 fabulous restaurants. Bonus if you have kids: ice cream counter at Breeze Inn Again! Thank you to the Sunshines for a fabulous stay. It was fun meeting Judd - thanks for coming by! We're looking forward to seeing you next year.

My wife and I split our time between our home in Buffalo and Lake Ontario. We love the beauty and splendor of Lake Ontario and feel that Point Breeze is a treasure. Its proximity to natural wonders as well as its convenient location (within an hour of 2 major cities and Niagara Falls) makes it a perfect place to vacation.

This cottage, which we renovated in 2013, is ideally located. You can walk to local restaurants, you can walk to a nearby boat launch (or kayak or canoe in the river or the lake), you can walk to the fishing pier, you can cook or grill your own food, or you can kick back and enjoy the view from the deck or from the living room.
