Blending vintage mid-70s design and modern interior upgrades, this charming quaint home with its cozy appeal offers the perfect choice for families, friends, or couples looking for a spacious Florida Gulf Coast getaway. The home features a variety of family friendly amenities, including children's dishware, a pack'n'play, booster seat, amongst other items. The fully screened-in pool and adjoining patio set the stage for all-day outdoor entertainment. There is now a brand new King sized bed in the main bedroom with a new queen bed in the front bedroom.

The beach will be calling to you just over a mile away (with dog-friendly beaches available as well) and other nearby attractions include the Splash Harbour Waterpark (1.6 mi.), Florida Botanical Gardens less than a mile away, Seaside Seabird Sanctuary (4.1 mi.), and the George C. McGough Nature Park. (0.9 mi.). Local charter services, boat/jet ski rentals, groceries, and a variety of restaurants can all be found within a two-mile radius. St. Petersburg a short drive away offers several museums for art enthusiasts such as The Dali (18.4 mi.) and Imagine Museum: Contemporary glass art (16.3 mi.), while also showcasing amazing murals all around Central Avenue.

Drive a little further and you'll reach Tampa, where a plethora of attractions await, such as the International Plaza and Bay Street (24.7 mi.), Busch Gardens (34.8 mi.), and Adventure Island (34.8 mi.), to name a few.

Warm wood ceilings and brick accents add retro appeal to the kitchen while ample counter space and a full suite of major appliances, as well as additional features such as an air fryer, stove top kettle, and rice cooker provide complete convenience for home cooking. A breakfast bar and a sunny dining nook offer plenty of seating when it's time to eat. Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
