Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed Duluth as a family. First time to Bentleyville and watching a large vessel pass under the bridge. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. The communication was answered within minutes of messaging. I would recommend to family and friends!

Great location

Perfect set up for extended family. Well stocked kitchen and even a high chair for the baby. Loved the layout of the house as the bedrooms were separated which allowed for privacy and quietness. The attached garage was a definite plus.

weekend wedding in Duluth

The property was in great shape. The rooms were huge and private bathrooms for each, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Great location from Canal Park. Reasonably priced. Great overall experience.

Great location!

The Island Twin Home was the perfect location for our activities. It was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked (most places aren't) and the beds were very comfortable. We thought it might be loud because of the road it is on, but it wasn't bad at all. It was nice having space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We had a great time in Duluth and the house was the perfect location. We enjoyed being able to work across the lift bridge to canal park. The house worked out great, too. We had plenty of space to gather and the sleeping arrangements worked out well, too. We would highly recommend this house for 4 or more people.

Absolutely wonderful! Jodi and Tony were great and so helpful. If i had to make one minor improvement it would be to include shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms.

Friends Duluth vacation

Six women friends stayed at the house and were so happy with the size, location, cleanliness and nice view of the marina and harbor. We could see large ships passing by. We did a lot of walking so we enjoyed the fact that the weather was cool and comfortable. Walked to Canal Park and also to Fitger's along the Lake Walk. Also caught a quick and easy ride share, so you don't necessary need a car. We ate at many wonderful restaurants including Bellisio, Va Bene, Lake Avenue, and ordered wonderful pizza from Vitta's. Great cocktails at Vikre Distillery. Lots of shopping. So many things do we ran out of time even on our four-day stay. I highly recommend this property. Lots of room for six of us, and the beds were comfortable and having three full baths plus a powder room was great. The Hosts were great and very prompt at answering questions. A solid Ten!

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home. Good location although I believe the street was part of a detour so it was very busy. Owner was prompt with any requests. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Walkable to Canal Park

We were attending a family wedding that was held in Canal Park. We appreciated that it was only a 4 block walk. The home was clean and communication was excellent and easy to get a hold of.

Twin home

The house was perfect for our large (9 person) group of girls. Lots of space, kitchen was well equipped, and plenty of bathrooms! There were some ant problems (lots of tiny ones in the house) and the pull out couch mattresses were pretty terrible. Place was clean and bright! Overall, would stay again.

Duluth Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Duluth. The Twin Home was perfect for our family with everyone had their own space. It was a short walk to see the huge ships pass thru the canal and to visit many of the downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions. We visited the north shore and saw many beautiful waterfalls and lighthouses. The Twin Home is a perfect location for a Duluth vacation!!!

New Years with friends

This property has everything you'll need. It's warm and inviting. The beds are extremely comfortable. Adorably decorated. And in an awesome location, just minutes to canal park. We would love to stay there again!!!! We had a wonderful time!

Holiday with the Parents

Two sets of grandparents, a Great Aunt and the two of us in Duluth to watch our son at CSS music concert and spend the holiday time together. Could see Bentlyville, walk to the beach and the Vikre all while everyone had their own space to relax and recharge. Making meals and enjoying down time at the house together was perfect!

The best!

We are native Duluthians and like to be on Lake Superior when we visit. This is the second time we've stayed at Island Twin Home. The duplex is very clean, spacious and uncluttered. Very comfortable for us older baby boomers. Having 3 1/2 baths is so helpful for aging digestive systems and bladders. Proximity to Canal Park is also easy. We are walkers and we spent time on the Lakewalk and beach walking for several miles in both directions. Our hosts were exceptional! Helpful, accommodating beyond what many would do. I have strong allergies to scent and they were willing to use scent free cleaning supplies on the bedding, towels and vinegar & water on counter tops etc. Made my stay there so much more pleasant. Beds are comfortable and the daylight in the building is lovely for the bayside and views. It is a wonderful place to stay for a visit in Duluth!
