UppmÀrksamhet pÄ varje detalj har lagts in som vi möblerade och inredda detta hem. Detta 6 sovrum, 3. 5bathrooms, 3073 kvm. Fötter enheten sover 14 med stil. Med 2 king size-sovrum, 2 queen size-sovrum och 2 twin-size sovrum, det finns gott om plats för alla att sprida ut och koppla av efter en dag ut eller bara koppla av och bo i. Matsalen erbjuder gott om plats att besöka och njuta av mÄltider tillsammans. Den ljusa och luftiga köket har alla apparater och Àr utrustad med alla bekvÀmligheter i ett hem. Det finns ocksÄ en fullstor tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Detta hem kommer att föra spÀnnande Disney till dig och ha barnen tala om din resa i mÄnader framöver.

The house wasn't cleaned beyond the surface. The dishes had to be washed by hand prior to use. The top blankets for all the large beds were dirty. (We didn't use the rooms with twin beds). The Avengers room had questionable stains on the footboard. White towels had large yellow stains on them. The couch had crumbs in the cracks. Once we got up from the couch, the crumbs came up with us.

Great location, clean and comfortable

This property is so convenient to the Disney Parks! When we arrived, you could smell how clean the house was. There was definitely attention to detail. Everything was in working order. Extra linens, cribs for infants and plenty of space. I appreciate the door locks and gate to the pool as well. Would definitely stay again!

Location great. But beds not so much

The house and location itself is wonderful. There was only a few issues we had and that was the cleaning of the house was not great at all. Dust was ALL over the fans and tables. There was food crumbs all in the couch cushions, and the mold in the master shower was really bad. The mattresses were really hard. They need to invest in new ones or add mattress toppers to the current ones. The fan in the master room only works when the light is on. The hottub was great as long as you pay for the heating fees. The house Itself was only 10 mins or less to Disney and the areas we wanted to be at. The community is locked down like Fort Knox. No one is getting in without ID provided. And the clubhouse pool is the best. We all enjoyed that the most.

Relaxing before we head home

This property was the perfect way to end our trip. We had just wrapped up with the Tropical 7's Rugby Tournament in Tampa and it was nice to have some down time by the pool before getting back to reality. Everything was great the rooms and facilities were all as advertised. Jennifer was quick to respond and always made sure we were taken care of.

Great spot at Windsor Hills

Thanks to Jennifer for our wonderful stay! The house was well appointed (e.g. lots of dishes and towels, etc) and we appreciated the cleanliness. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was nice too. We were missing dish cloths and the property manager was very prompt to bring some. He answered the phone and was quick to deliver. Definitely recommend this property - great to deal with actual owners and not rent from an impersonal company. Thanks again!

Our vacation went really well

In general, the house was spacious and inviting. It comfortably accommodated my family of 10. My mother-in-law especially liked the downstairs bedrooms, as she has difficulty climbing stairs due to her arthritis. The cleanliness of the house was commendable. I would certainly consider booking it again

Perfect Location and Nice House to Stay

Our first priority is the location, and Windsor Hills Resort is THE one. The resort is unbelievably large and has high-quality amenities, including a huge club house with a game room, pool and hot tub, water park, and 3 playgrounds. The house was exactly as described. The seniors do love the idea that 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, so they do not need to climb stairs. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse room and the Frozen room. The whole house is well-kept, clean, and full of fun, from the swimming pool to the game room. The property manager, Phill, greeted us on the 2nd day of check-in, and he was very nice. He explained why there is a fixed line on the countertop, how to use the hot tub, and answered our questions, etc. The last thing I would like to mention is that this house’s nightly rate is impressive. Overall, I will give it five stars. Would stay again!

Everybody liked this house

The house is exactly as the VRBO pictures shown. We had 6 adults and 5 kids from age 3 to age 75. Everybody found something they liked while staying at the house. Less than 5 minutes walk to the club house, pools, and water park. Less than 2 miles to Disney World. Would stay at this house again.

Great location and quiet spot

We had a cheer comp at the convention center and this was a great, quiet spot for 3 families to spend the weekend. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. The property was clean. Note: there was no soap/paper towels which we forgot to get but I believe this was noted in the welcome documents! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home

This was the perfect house for our Disney vacation! The kids loved the themed bedrooms! The game room was great for kids and adults to hang out. With two 6 year olds and 7 adults the house was the perfect place to stay to enjoy Disney and still have plenty of adult time to hang at the pool and relax after the kids were asleep! Definitely my favorite way to vacation! Highly recommend this home! So close to parks you can hear the fireworks and see some over the trees even. Thanks for an amazing vacation home!

Family trip to Orlando

Rented this property to take my family to Orlando. The home was very spacious and well kept. Had a small issue with the AC unit and contacted the property manager Han who got right on the problem and had it taken care of. Spoke to the owners during our stay and they were very accommodating and helpful in resolving our concerns. Resort where the property is located is a great place to take children and conveniently located to all of the attractions and shopping.

Disney Family Trip

We loved the house, neighborhood and location. The owner was very responsive to our communications. The house could use a little TLC, but after speaking with the owner, it is in the works. The process of checking into the neighborhood is a bit of a pain. We were in the line for this for about 45 minutes. This would be a better process if the owner were able to take care of it on the front end. We were sent a parking pass; however were told to give check in information to the gate.

Great Vacation Home

I am very glad to be the first to review this Windsor Hills 6beds/3.5 baths single family house. Obviously, there were 0 review when I booked this house, so I was a little hesitates to book. But I am so glad we did
 The house was great, clean and well maintained. The pool and spa were a great hit for the four adults and two kids after long days at Disney and Sea World. The layout of the two king master suites was great for 2 exhausted couples to have a great rest after a long day at the parks. We also loved the securities at the gate, which provide safety and good reputation for this resort.

My stay

I love the area,the security was amazing, you weren't getting through that gate w/out approval. The house was amazing, the only problem was, it did not have enough bathrooms. Apart from that I loved the house and its location. Of course we were minutes from restaurants and of course Walmart. Most of all, the homeowners communicated with me,which I'm big on that and I loved it. We told them that our permits was about to expire, and she and her husband got right on it. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and most of all communication. I will be looking you guys up for our next family vacation. Much love ❀ from the Reliford's Family.

Family holiday

Stayed in Windsor Hills which is superb. The villa was ok but in need of some TLC & a deep clean. The table & chairs in the pool area are really nice, but there is only one sun lounger (in a 6 bedroomed villa). The pool and pool edges were not clean & the sliding door is hard to slide and the runners need cleaning. Bedrooms were clean & good sized beds, but the mattress in the upstairs bedroom wardrobe was badly stained but we didn’t need to use this. The upstairs bathroom needs renovating and had cracked floor tiles & rusty plugs in the sink and bath. The kitchen has a badly cracked worktop. There was plenty of towels for everyone & a good sized oven, fridge & freezer. A great sized villa which could be brilliant. We did report some of the issues but not them all. I did take some photos if the owner wants to see some.

This house layout is perfectly for multi-family to say. The whole house has 3 separated living area -
1. front area of the house has 2 queen-size bedrooms with 1 full and 1 half washrooms which is suitable for a family with 1 or 2 kids.
2. back living area has 1 king-bed and 5 pieces washroom and walking closet which is suitable for a couple with 1-2 infants
3. The 2nd-floor has 1 king-size and 2-twin/boy and 2-twin/girls bedrooms which is perfect for a couple with 2 boys and 2 girl plus an infant.

The private swimming pool and spa are perfectly for a family to enjoy Florida sun.

You can watch Disney Fireworks from our home.
Our backyard has no rear neighbors because it is 15-foot higher than rear houses
