Spring Break Vacay

The property was great! Lee the homeowner was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The house is in a great resort and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Great Place for Families

Had a great stay. Plenty of rooms to have your own space and also many large common areas to be with the whole family. Pool and spa were nice and warm. Convenient to local attractions if that’s what you’re into. Local gated community is quiet but also has a great place for kids at the water park/community pool. 2nd time staying at this house. Nicely priced and will repeat.

Lots of activities at the clubhouse. People where nice and welcoming. Pool closed at 10pm. Fun water slide.

Great place, great owner who helped us get a few extra towels and extras that we needed within hours and no extra charges. Sometimes the community "pool police" can ruin or try to ruin your day but great place to stay.

An amazing place

This place was the perfect house for our group. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Communication with the host was good. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Even helped me quickly when had an unexpected guest come to join us and got her on the list.

Peaceful statv

The property was easily accessible to the places we needed. Our stay was comfortable. We did deep clean when we arrived but the place was clean it’s not like it was horrible. The outdoor area could’ve been better. We spent a lot of time shopping and exploring Kissimmee but when we returned we were comfortable. I love that we had a laundry room with working units. Lee was very pleasant. I would return.

Beautiful Memories

Absolutely perfect location. Very close to community pool and park. Enjoyed movie nights and events. Lee is so great to work with. So close to all the parks. Walmart right up the street but they were super busy. Already planning our next trip. The only negative is first floor didn't have a master with bathroom. There is just one bathroom on main floor. Not handicapped accessible with downstairs shower. Also the pots and pans could use an update and adding a crockpot would be a bonus. We loved the house, location and communication!! Thank you!

Amazing

Our stay at the villa was everything we expected. It was exactly like the photos. It was a home away from home experience. It was very easy to reserve the villa and everyrhing from check in to check out was simple and quick. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. I am giving this villa a 5 star.

Spring break 2022

Property was more than what a listing could describe. Our extended family of 14 had plenty of room to enjoy meals in the modern kitchen and adjoining dining area. Bedrooms worked great and the 4 bathrooms left no one standing in line. The screened in heated pool and hot tub area ..... GREAT! Thank you Lee for helping us have a great vacation!!

We loved staying at this house. House was clean and comfortable. Lee was a pleasure to deal with. Any small issues we had were dealt with very quickly. We will definitely stay here agin!

Parking headache

The problem was parking issue. You have home for 12 guest some flying some driving but the property only want 3 car no sane. then everyone can travel to parks or attractions within there budget. I was stress cannot have guest at all so family the live there cannot see me and we cannot go to them in 3 cars. I feel you should sell extra parking in over flow. I spend the whole week in stress. also the houses had roach on last day please spray as baby was there to visit.

First Family Florida Trip

The house was great, plenty of room and very spacious! Loved the private pool! We had a great time! The pool was not cleaned out very well and didn’t have the pool cleaning net, but hot tub was wonderful! It was very noisy at night with everyone around us playing loud music cussing and hollering! Traffic was really bad with it being located near Walmart and it being the 4th of July week! I would stay there again all and all! This is only some things that will happen every where you visit

Very Nice House

We had a problem with the garbage disposal and the pool/hot tub not heating. I called the owner and he had maintenance out the next morning and everything was fixed to satisfaction. I would stay there again!

Great setup for a family of 6

Nice house with lots of room work for our family. The pool at the house was nice but the community pool was great. A couple of slides for the kids and a nice large pool for us to hang out. Good proximity to Disney and Univerisal. Great time.

Fantastic Family Fun

The property is true to the pictures and extremely clean. It is located in a beautiful resort that is close to Disney and many restaurants. We especially loved having our own pool for relaxing!! The owner is easy to work with and gives prompt responses to any questions. You won't be disappointed if you book this villa!!

Great size for a large party

This home was the perfect size for our party of 9. The game room was great for the kids and having the pool right in the backyard was perfect. The location was extremely convenient and we were close to attractions as well as groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great space! Perfect location to Disney!

The house has great space! Stretch out and enjoy that! Lee is a very attentive and responsive rental agent. We were also very happy with the distance to Disney. Super super close, like 2 miles close. Perfect for heading home for late lunch or dinner and going back to the parks. While the house is in full working order, there are some cosmetic items that could use just a little attention, and items that could be upgraded, like the carpet, and the pillows are flat. But house was definitely clean. Beds are very comfortable, well the master was anyway. I did check the bed for bed bugs, just because I am crazy like that, and they are clean as a whistle. Good wifi signal. Don't forget to buy ice, soap, sponge, dishwasher fluid, paper goods etc. This I think is normal when renting a home in Orlando. But don't turn on the grill or heat the pool however don't knock Lee, that is also very common charges in the Orlando area. If you are renting for less than a week, there is a cleaning charge, it won't show up when you go to check out so be aware of that. You will be billed afterwards. You will find this home is in a secure gated community with lots to do at the clubhouse if you are staying a while. Overall I would definitely recommend the home, especially if travelling with a large family that all need their space. Listing verbiage is all correct.
