The large sliding doors allow for plenty of natural light while offering access to the spacious private balcony. The balcony features Gulf views, comfortable seating, and a wet bar for plenty of evening drinks and memories to be made. The dining area seats up to six, with additional seating at the adjacent breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has all the cookware, cutlery, and place settings to make homemade meals a breeze. The kitchen also features a built-in ice maker for refreshments, a small breakfast nook, and access to the full-sized washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is fitted with a spacious king bed, a large smart TV, and private access to the balcony. The ensuite master bathroom has a large vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large closet, and a smart TV. The guest bathroom, located only a few steps away, has a shower-tub combo and plenty of vanity space.
