After pulling through the quiet neighborhood youâll arrive at Kimmieâs Place. After parking you make your way up to huge rocking chair front porch! Great for your morning coffee or evening hangs!
The home is wide open with two living spaces, dining area and large kitchen with an island. Each living space has its own seating, with one set up with a Smart TV. The dining and kitchen separate the two spaces which makes it a great space for hanging and entertaining. The kitchen has an island and is fully loaded!
The primary bedroom is the back and has a King bed, TV and en suite! The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom thatâs off the hall.
You have access to the backyard area through the in unit laundry room that is by the kitchen. The backyard area is a large paved area where we have a grill, plenty of parking or space for the kids to run around!
We have an experienced management team and canât wait to have you!

The pet fee covers up to 2 pets! Please make sure your reservation is updated properly. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please reach out - sometimes we can accommodate an additional pet on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Thanks!
