We are Walking distance from Waterway; Boat Launch less than 1 mile from home and Room for Boat/Trailer Parking in driveway(please respect there is no parking in front yard)!!
Relax and unwind in a setting that has a flexible layout. Offering 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. Perfect for Families with kids, Golfers, or fishing pals. Pillow top mattress for great night sleep. Enjoy morning coffee with Keurig machine. Enjoy A quiet evening on front screened porch, Smart Tvâs and WiFi access.
Our location means youâre only a few minutes away from the bridge that leads you to the beach. If your interest is fishing then youâll find opportunities everywhere from beach, pier & charter boats. If you love golf then in addition to 3 signature golf courses across street at Sea Trail Community there are many others within a 5 mile radius. There are many quaint shops, grocery store, restaurants and ice cream/slushy shops within reach to our home: not to mention Calabash, NC just 2 miles away. Larger Ocean Isle Beach is within 4 miles and has its own atmosphere and opportunities for recreation(offering new park for kids).

We bought this property a couple years ago, fulfilling our goal of having a beach house. Somewhere that was private, quiet but yet close to the beach. Our children have enjoyed and continue to enjoy every bit of sunset beach and will continue for years to come. We hope you will enjoy our beach âcottageâ as I call it!
